Trenton had to remove a fence to get in back yard, and remove my cloths line off tree. Said he put back up along with the fence after the grinder guy came to grind the stump. Almost 2 months ago. The stump is still there, the fence has NOT been put back up and the cloths line is still hanging. As far as I'm concerned, if you have Trenton do your tree, make sure you have everything done before they leave, cuz you will never see them again. Will not recommend.

He asked when a good time would be and I said "Now" or whatever works for you. He said tomorrow "about this time." I said "It's 7pm so about 7?" The guy said "No, probably about 5-6." I said Okay. Tuesday came and went - no call, no one came to look at our trees. I called Wednesday morning and left another message stating I never heard from them on Tuesday. And that was it. Today is Saturday and I never got a call back and no one ever showed up to look at the job. No note. No call. Nothing. Must be nice to have so much business you can decide whose money you don't like the color of - mine must be the wrong color. WILL NOT be using Ducks - even if they did the job for free.
