I took my car to Thrushine for auto detailing. I was extremely disappointed with the job and even more disappointed with the service I received from Denis Bertin. I paid $195.44 I asked for a refund and was told they would clean the car again. That means I have to get someone to follow me there again and take me back home. Then come back to get me and take me back down to get my vehicle. Mileage, gas and time all wasted. No vehicle for a full day. Why should I have to when I upheld my end of our agreement. I paid in full for a job not completed to their standards, I was told that the employee who did my vehicle was fired the next day. I was also told I had to wait for them to contact the owner to see what to do. This took 6 days. The business is very poorly managed and full of excuses.
