Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule in about a week; (over a week ahead of the initial date which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards. I highly recommend Jack's Heating and Cooling as they are great to work with and provide excellent service!!

A part had to be ordered that he got quickly and came back and fixed the problem. He didn't try to up-sell us a new furnace when we didn't need one. When we had a subsequent issue he came right back out - to clean a part that needed cleaning. He is trustworthy and willing to work nights and weekends if needed. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any heating and cooling issues you have. He is hard working, honest and not out to take advantage of you.

But he specializes in heating and cooling. He also does emergency work. Last winter when hubby was out of town my furnace stopped working. He quickly hopped out of bed and came and got it going. I guess all the snow was blocking something and it just needed to be cleared. With kids and our crazy winter. I was so grateful.
