However, on a recent visit, we arrived at 9:40 am and were able to enter the facility using our membership cards. The next day, we attempted to sign in again, but our entry was denied due to our earlier unauthorized entry before 10 am. Given the gym's mediocre equipment and air conditioning, we decided to terminate our contract. Nevertheless, the gym demanded a payment of 230 pesos as a penalty for non-compliance with their rules, and they refused to provide a refund for the remaining month. It appears that their system is capable of blocking unauthorized entries but lacks flexibility in handling such situations. Considering the presence of better alternatives in the area, I would recommend exploring other options.

I enjoyed the classes and the facility, but I do want to say that one of the teachers was super inappropriate when correcting my form. I told her I was doing it to the best of my ability and she kept telling me to straighten and lock my leg. It got to the point where I wanted to wear headphones to class to boldly ignore her. I forget her name but i think it was marianela, or something like that. I teach as a yoga instructor in Chicago and this was totally inappropriate. I only continued to go because it was the only option for a hot class in Merida.

All the instructors were very knowledgeable and welcoming. If I lived in Merida this would definitely be my go-to yoga studio. Prices are a bit high for Mexico but you'll truly get the best practice EVER. Studio is spacious clean and well maintained.
