Have enjoyed attending the services…read more They have a young people's group in which our teen enjoys. He can socialize twice a week with the group while learning about the Bible. There is a nice coffee shop inside with both indoor and outdoor seating. The singing prior to services is contemporary with modern up to date music...with a live band. There is a small bookstore in the building as well. There are monitors in the front of the auditorium so you can see what is going on up front, if you like sitting in the back row! There is a service on Saturday night, if you'd rather attend at that time. There are two AM services on Sunday. The church offers a lot of opportunities to get involved, if you so desire.

Everyone was friendly and introduced themselves to us. We got plugged in right away with people our own age, and there's something for every age category of children. Our daughter who'll be two in April has never stayed an entire service in a nursery actually stayed for 2 hours with people she didn't know without crying! There's nursery available evey service by a warm and friendly volunteers. The worship is awesome and contemporary. The pastor and his wife feel like your long lost relatives home to visit. His preaching is down to earth and applicable. If your in the area, please stop by. You won't regret it!

I sent a confidential medical-themed email to the church requesting a home visit for a struggling elderly relative who attends this church. I gave details in the email to the church about who I was and why I was writing. The church responded lovingly and then I replied to that in kind. THEN, THEY FORWARDED THE CONFIDENTIAL EMAIL THREAD NOT ONLY TO THE PASTORAL TEAM BUT TO SAID ELDERLY RELATIVE and ALL HER SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSMATES! They took something that had the potential to be beautiful and made it ugly and horrific. The hurt runs deep. Very deep. Now, my extended family has been torn in two and just in time for the holidays. My elderly relative wants nothing to do with me from this day forward and I've been uninvited to holiday dinners. Even if I'm invited back, I don't think I can face them b/c it would ruin her dinner! I hope y'all are proud of yourselves. What does it say when a church needs training in professionalism, sensitivity, and confidentiality???? FBC, you've very deeply hurt an elderly lady who has a huge, huge, huge heart AND you've caused grief within an extended family just in time for the holidays. Merry CHRISTmas!
