My daughter and I intended to only order one dish and share since they had very big servings. I've had the steak tip wrap a few times. It's very tasty but the portion of steak they put in it is very small--you only get some steak in every other bite. I watched them make it one time and there was maybe the equivalent of two steak tips chopped up in the wrap. And it's fourteen bucks. So, tasty but overpriced. The homemade thin crispy pita chips rather than pita bread gave the Fatoush a unique flavor and texture. The delicious falafel wrap was easy to eat and didn't get soggy. A very sweet and friendly environment. Service is excellent. I tried the beef shawarma and it is decent. The meat pie was yummy too. Keep in Mind that there is a bakery here so a lot of the pastries are home made. The taste of the food is good but the portions are tiny for a $15-$18 plate in my opinion. Coming from a long line of family members that own and operate restaurants, it's always a pleasure for me to have a great dining experience because I appreciate all the hard work that goes into making it happen! Time is the best Mediterranean food that I've had in New England. I had the lamb kebabs and it was cooked to perfection with a wonderful marinade and seasoning. My mother had the chicken kebab platter and again the chicken was cooked perfect and it was the most flavorful chicken kebab I've ever had. She also had a spinach pie And it was done homemade perfectly. They also have wonderful selection of desserts that are all homemade as well. The restaurant is very clean and immaculate. This was a very clean version of halal with not too many spices. It's nice to have just grilled chicken, some white rice, a healthy salad (with a lovely homemade dressing) and hummus with pita. Not overkill on making anything too unique but the taste is out of this world. I can't say enough about how fresh the ingredients are. As of today, Thyme's hummus is the best hummus I've had in my 27 years on this planet. I wish the tahini sauce came with the meal because with the plate, tahini sauce (delicious and had to be homemade) and garlic dip (I can't bare the bold flavor of it no matter how many times I try it, so it was a waste of money) came to $16. Too expensive for the portion size. So I'll skip the sauces next time to save a few bucks. Times are tough but I still want to support small businesses and I'm glad I took the ride and drove to Thyme! I'll be back! read more

A gem. This is a middle-eastern restaurant. The cook is Lebanese, I believe. My wife, a cousin, and I went for lunch. We ordered, sat outside and were brought our food. I had a falafel wrap, my wife had a tabouli salad and some grape leaf (meat) wraps. For desert, some baklava. The falafel wrap was EXCELLENT! The best I've ever had. The tabouli salad was also very, very good. It lacked the bulgur wheat, but that made it even better. Its marinade was light and excellent. The dolmas were quite good. However, I found the baklava a bit dry. If I were in Canton again, I would definitely stop by. read more

When we went to bring home our left-overs, (yes, left overs!) they use the good, sturdy containers. That means a lot to me. Oh, and did I mention that they have off-street parking? We ordered: Lamb platter, which included rice, lamb, humus, salad; and we also ordered Cauliflower platter which had all of the same sides except for some reason tahini was substituted for humus. Additionally, we got a side order of falafel balls - which were great. Both of us thought the food was quite good - really excellent humus and tahini. However, that said, both of us thought the portions were too small for what we paid (see photos). Yes, we are aware that inflation and supply chain issues are affecting prices. A really good friend introduced me to Thyme in Canton. We had lunch and ordered one of their chicken platters. oMG! It was absolutely phenomenal! Tasty, fresh, good size plates, great serving! We just had THE BEST lunch at Thyme in Canton. We ordered the falafel and lamb platters and wow. Everything was so flavorful and fresh. The portions were perfect and we felt light and satisfied afterwards. It was so good we forgot to take pictures! Our go to bakery was not accepting orders so I figured I would give Thyme a try as I saw they did special order cakes. I could not have been more pleased! Thyme is my wife's and my place for fresh Lebanese food. Where do I start? Their Fattoush salad is loaded and served with tasty seasoned baked pita chips and tangy dressing. Their Shankleesh is very tasty and served with pita chips. The chicken shawarma is great. The wrap sandwiches eg Cauliflower and also the Falafel wraps are terrific. I tried a bunch of stuff on their menu with my family today and I can't sing praise loud enough. Everything is super homemade. The pita chips are crispy and super flavorful with nice tang of lemon. The babaganoush is smokey, with nice bites of eggplant. The hummus silky smooth and tasty. The beef kebab was cooked to perfection--tender and juicy with lots of flavor. Same with the chicken and lamb. The falafel is huge and super crispy. I'll definitely come back for their special salad as well which had an array of herbs, lemon, and their house made pita chips.
