We came across this place after getting coffee and it looked super cool so we went inside. They had a glass case of pan dulces, cakes, and they also had sandwiches. The decor was pretty and they had plenty of seats. We ordered a couple items and sat down. I give this place 3 stars because the lady behind the counter was giving my friend such an attitude. My friend was just asking something about the sandwich offering and I do not know why but she wasn't too happy to answer. The decor was nice and expressive. The service was nice and friendly. I heard the Horchata Latte was good, so I decided it try it. You have a choice of hot or iced. I went with the iced version. I was so excited to try this panadería . When we arrived the cashier just looked at us didn't even say good afternoon -made a bad impression but I was still hopeful for the bread , we proceeded to get some pastries. we were very disappointed ,for the price we paid we expected good quality bread. Came here with my son. He told me this was part of Costeaux Bakery, so I knew it would be delicious. We ordered some pastries, which were very colorful and very tasty. Breakfast sandwich, they also have these things called the Florentine, and it's a nut rolled, filled with a coffee cream, and dipped in chocolate. It's ridiculous, so dang good. I will never go there and not buy four, lol. So yummy. We came towards the end of the day, so it was a little slow, quiet, and cute And service was great. The location is about three blocks past the Hyatt hotel. Go down that one street on the right of the hotel, and it's like three blocks up. It was a lovely time to hang out with my son. Such a cute little coffee / pastry spot. We were there a week ago and it was decorated for Christmas and had special Christmas cookies. Service was great they were very friendly and attentive to my toddler who was loving the place but getting a sugar rush as time goes on. I admit it's in a somewhat undesirable location but they have a large parking lot they're right on the main road and the inside is really cozy. read more

Walked in early morning to get an iced coffee and some Concha's, As soon as I walked in i was greeted. I ordered an iced Strawberry Horchata Latte and 2 Pink Concha's, the girls were very friendly and helpful. I waited about 5min. The inside is so bright and fun, very welcoming. I saw pictures and recommendations on Yelp about the shop's horchata and cuatro leches cake and just had to give it a try. I'm usually not a tres leches cake fan but damn, the cuatro leches they had here was perfect! Not too wet but the cake was moist and not overly sweet. The horchata latte was perfectly sweet and had a coffee flavor. We also got some conchas to try and I have to say, we were very pleasantly surprised. The conchas I've had in the past were on the drier and harder side where I've had to dip them in coffee like a biscotti but this one was just right. Soft on the inside with nothing else needed. We had some leftover for the next morning and I just warmed them up in the air fryer and they were good to go. Still soft and great to eat. If we lived closer I'd probably be a regular. I would highly recommend checking this place out if you have a chance. The lovely ladies there will make the best recommendations with a friendly smile. read more

Go go go!! Check this cute little spot out. All the pastries looked amazing and I felt like a kid in a candy shop walking in. The Horchata latte is a must to try. There are lots of good photo opportunities here to with all the colors and cute decor. The only thing I would ask the owner to change is the price of the pre made breakfast burrito being $12 but besides that this place is perfect. I have been gifted extra bites of sweets and actually an entire Three Kings Cake for Epiphany, just slightly after, since they had extra after the holiday. Ok the main reason I come in is because I'm thrifty, and is for quality the day old assorted pastry bags; full of muffins, conchas, croissants, bear claws, etc. A true and delicious bargain. I usually time with with a stop directly across the street at Sonoma Meat Co. (for jerky). Or on my way to the best smog shop in town, Gaspers. Delicioso! This panadería popped up on Yelp during my trip to Santa Rosa and the 5 star rating spot on! I showed up very early before my flight and they were still placing all the pastries into the glass box but had no problem telling me what was available so I could stock up! I ordered conchas, a cheese danish, a raspberry and cheese danish, a jalapeño cheddar danish and a ham and jalapeño croissant. Everything was delicious!! The raspberry cheese danish is a stand out and so so good. Also incredible are the prices. It felt like a steal! So nice to go somewhere with reasonable prices still. read more

Tia Maria's has the best conchas. They are always fluffy and light with just enough sweetness on top to keep you coming back for more, so I thought if the conchas are good than the cakes must be better. For the holidays, I preordered the bouche de noel since I don't see them offered many places. I was worried it wouldn't be as good as I remember from when I was younger. This place did not disappoint. The cake was light and the frosting wasn't over the top sweet. My family and I all went back for seconds of this cake and pretty much ignored all other desserts. The best part was because it was preordered I didn't have to worry about the holiday crowds or a long line. They were super quick and I was in and out in minutes. I frequent this panadería often, and one employee already knows my order perfectly. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but today's experience compelled me to. I ordered a strawberry horchata drink and half a dozen pieces of pan dulce. The young lady who initially helped me was fantastic. However, things took a turn when I got held up--apparently, the other two employees were in training. Even after I paid, new customers were helped immediately while my drink was pushed to the very end. When it finally was ready, it wasn't even good. It taste like blended strawberries with water and chocomil. you don't prioritize other customers while leaving one waiting especially without even asking if it's okay when the initially that customer was first in line. I had to check in with the first employee because I thought my order was forgotten. The training process here needs improvement. If an employee is learning, customers should still be served in order, not sidelined for convenience. I was patient, but the inefficiency was frustrating. I usually tip, but after this experience, I wish I could take it back--along with getting a refund. read more

Also they have breakfast croissant sandwiches where they use the high quality ham from the meat shop across the street (Sonoma co meat Co). It's also owned by Costeaux french bakery in Healdsburg! The cakes look amazing but I've not tried them. Everything made with real butter and cream. Inside it's darling with adorable Mexican style decorations. We came to visit family in Santa Rosa and on our way back home. (7 hr drive) I really wanted coffee. My partner wanted some pan dulce so he yelped and found this Tesoro. As soon as we walked in I was in LOVE, the Panaderia is just the cutest and is decorated very well. On to the food, everything looked delicious so we grabbed a little bit of everything. I started with the lemon poppy muffin, my mind was blown on how good this was. We also grabbed some of the Elote bread with cream cheese filling, I personally don't like pan Dulce but this bread was soft when biting in to it and the filling was so good. Saving the best for last was Horchata Latte, the coffee was strong and the horchata flavor was on point my partner wanted go a black americano and said he loved the boldness of the coffee. I believe the lady behind the counter was the owner she was amazing and super sweet. Over all I will be coming again when we are nearby. read more

I liked the amount of jam and custard on the Danish, and I enjoyed that the shape lets you form it into a "sandwich" if you so wish. Bread quality in general was fine but didn't leave much of a memorable impact. Service - 4/5. Friendly and quick service. Panini press was available for the sandwiches. Value - 4/5. The restaurant week special was a combo of a sandwich and pastry for $10. It highly depends on your personal choices but $10 is around the price you would have paid for a sandwich and pastry individually. The atmosphere is adorable, but the baked goods quality was average. I ended up getting their special of pre bagged conchas and bolillos they had them in the lobby and it was buy one bag of conchas for $6 get one free and the bolillos were $1. I was worried that maybe they were going to be a little hard but I was surprised on how soft and delicious they were! This Panadería is one of kind Was surprised to learn that this bakery is part of Costeaux Bakery. This Bakery is owned by Will Seppi, no Tía María is not the owner that's Will's aunties name. He opened this business to give por latino community a chance for growth and his employees are more then 70 percent Latinos. From the minute I walked I felt like I was Mexico Panaderia from the dining tables to the Colorful Flowers on the wall and the Catrina on the Bar table. All the decorations Latino style. The Bread do yummy and may I add the Conchas so delicious, whoever came up with this recipe mastered the Mexican Concha. There is so much to choose from that I bought one of each. They also have Gelatinas, Sandwiches and breakfast Conchas. They also have a variety of cakes but by order only. Customer is excellent and they are all bilingual. Recommend this Panaderia for your next event Cake or to buy Pan Dulce for your office gatherings.
