Nice thick coating of batter, with both a crisp and fluffy texture. Paired with a sambal oelek type chili sauce/paste you could fry chopsticks and it would be nice. The rest of the suspects are usually some sort of fish stif frry, chicken in what i persume is tom yum sauce, stir fried beef and onion, stir fried vegetables and stir fried pork with assorted vegetables. Paired with rice, stir fried noodles and salad. Is it all the way authentic? I'm guessing no, but what buffet is. It's good, it's somewhat spicy and it won't ruine you. Give it a go!
