You order outside while they are making the waffles and they are ready in a couple of minutes. Flavors include: vanilla (regular), chocolate infused (small bar of chocolate is inserted into a warm waffle and it melts) or cinnamon. The prices could appear high but let me tell you that you get plenty of exquisite food, so at the end what you get is a real bargain. If you are in Liège and you enjoy Chinese food and you can afford this place, you should not hesitate. The place indeed gets extremely busy especially during the weekend and for dinner. So think about making a reservation few days in advance. For lunch (at least during the week), it should be fine to show up looking for a table. You won't be disappointed. The service is also amazing. The wine list impressive and the food menu is quite large and with an exuberant variety of dishes including for instance frog legs.

With our limited French and the waitresses limited English, we managed to place our order, and even though the portions looked a bit smaller than anticipated, we were happy with our choice. I got the boulet with salad and fries, and the boulet is like a meatloaf-tasting hamburger in ball form, drenched with a sweet, tomato-y sauce. It was quite tasty, and I really liked the accompanying fries that had just the right amount of crisp to fluff ratio. The salad with vinaigrette dressing was good too (but I could have had it without the onions!). Overall a pleasant experience, and a good find in Liege after walking around.
