I showed the nail tech the first picture and the second is what my nails ended up looking like. When I asked her if there was anything she could do to lighten them she said "no, they're supposed to be like that". The shape is nice but this color is absolutely disgusting and she wouldn't fix it. Place is clean and staff is friendly. I picked a wild color and the guy who did my nails showed me the color on a fake nail to make sure I liked it. He asked several times if I liked it still. He said it looked good when he was done. read more

Worst place to get wax. Wax was way too hot table was not steady. Never ached after a wax until I came here worst 70$ ever spent.

This place is unprofessional and their work is not up to anyone's standards. The ladies that work there are nice but their boss is mean loud and obnoxious. When we were told we were not satisfied with the work they provided he refused to take nails off and yelled at me while pointing his finger in my face. Had a 530 appointment.. one of our ladies still had not been helped at 630 but somehow it was our fault because he claims we were not there when he looked for us. Not true.. we were and he even had us sit in another room and took others ahead of us that didn't have an appointment. I went and got a full set of dipped nails. Day 1, one broke. Went in and she repaired it. Day 2, a second one broke (Saturday night after close.) Monday she fixed it and added another coat of dip. I flew to AZ on day 4. Day 5 the 3rd one broke and day 6 the 4th one broke. I paid good money to have nice nails for my vacation and they were broken the whole time. I went back today after flying home late last night and told them this. I asked instead of repairing can I get them redone because it must have been a bad batch or something, he said yes and they proceeded to get me a new set. She charged me full price on my ticket. I asked for the manager and explained what had happened and asked him if we could compromise, since I understand I got a new set but I was getting them redone much earlier than I normally would have gotten them filled because they were not done correctly. he said no, I had to pay full price. I was under the impression in the beginning that they were going to make the problem right. I tried to compromise with him, he said that of I didn't like the policy I was free to go somewhere else. I am not trying to get things for free, I was happy to tip and even pay partial but I am not impressed at all with how they run business. The last time I went in there they were trimming my cuticles and cut a huge chunk of my skin off from my thumb. Every time I have gotten a set done here they always break easily or chip. Then they go and fix it, and then they just break again. My friends have had the same experience as well. They will say that they will help and then at the very end try to charge you full price. Do not recommend at all. Was going to have a huge group of women get massages manicures and pedicures but we will definitely go somewhere else. Not a friendly or fair establishment. read more

Normally am not the one to right a bad review but have to say my experience was not a great one. I was in town for a wedding and needed to get my nails done. Not being from the area, I went to the closest place to me. The staff was very friendly and it may have just been a one off situation but the quality was not there. I got a full set and a pedicure. Well, my toes looked messy and within a day were already chipping. My nails were not the shape I requested, I had requested rounded and they were very square. Also, as I leave the salon and drive back to my location, I noticed the top coat of at least three of my nails completely peel off... flash forward 6 days...my nails are already coming off. After spending $100+ dollar in one visit, I decently expected more. Again, not saying this is the usual but definitely not a good experience for me. Needless to say, I'll be visiting my hometown salon to get the errors fixed. read more

3 hours ago Will NEVER, NEVER go there again!! I just left there. Their service is terrible. Three times I have made an appointment and had to wait when I got there, each time. The girl who was doing my nails got up and ran off (I assume to get something). I waited and waited. Finally, I handed the guy beside her some money and walked out without my nails finished. Before that, the lady that was doing the nails of the girl beside me, stopped what she was doing to answer her phone and talk on it too long. The employees are loud and the manager is not friendly nor does he speak good English to understand any complaints you may have. Not a very relaxing environment. I've been unhappy with my nails the last 3-4 times I've gone to this place but it's closest to my house. I left today with THE WORST pedicure I've ever had. It honestly looks like my three-year-old painted them. I called the manager to ask for a refund but the only thing he could offer me was to have them "touched up." This was by far the worst experience I've had at a nail salon ever!!! I travel all over and have been to many many different nail salons and gotten really bad service at some of them but this place tops all experiences....no one that worked here would do a nail design for our pedicures, then I had to get up and leave before my nails were even half way done because the manager got into a screaming match with others in my group and employees......the prices are ridiculous for service given ...maybe if my pedicure would have been $5 it might (maybe) had been worth it! It was 33 for the most basic pedi ...then if u chose OPI, Essie, or any name brand polish (not shellac or gel polish) just plain polish it was $5!!! Yes FIVE DOLLARS more...you've been warned!!
