They are caring and give good feed back about how the dogs were while with them. I cant recommend this place enough, it is always clean and very dog friendly. If our dogs could type they would have said they probably prefer this place to home!

Evie settled in right from her first introduction visit to the time I picked her up. We had regular pup dates and photos which showed her having a great time on walks, meeting new friends and cuddled up on the sofa with Liam, Laras partner. I can say with all honesty, our holiday was extra special seeing that our baby was doing great! The Evie i brought home, was not the usual clingy little soul I bring home from the Kennels. Evie was relaxed and no sign of a croaky bark which usually indicates she's had a Kennel stay. Our usual Kennels are fine, no complaints from us but for Evie, I think they are loud & a little stressful. I would use them as a second choice now. Lara is most definitely Evies stand in Mummy & I would not hesitate in using her again! A big thank you to Lara & not forgetting Liam for a great service xxx

He adores her and loves going to doggy day care with her. I know when I drop him off I don't have to worry and can set off for work rest assured George is going to have an amazing day and be well looked after. After lockdown I was called back into work with short notice and I tried leaving George on his own for a few days for short periods and when seeing how distressed he was I searched for a doggy day care online. After seeing Debby's reviews I sent an online enquiry and she called me within a few minutes, offered me to pop over there and then to see her house and meet her and now George goes to her five days a week and I wouldn't want him anywhere else. She has a great set-up in her home and garden where everything is secure and I feel like it's another home for George where he is shown love and affections as well as being able to socialise with other dogs. He gets lots of exercise, playtime and food and I get to pick him up at the end of each day super happy and pretty tired which is perfect for me after a long day in work. Debby is always accommodating and I know she will always make decisions based on what is best for all the dogs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know there are larger set ups for doggy day-care but what I love about Debby's house is it's George's second home and he will only ever be around other dogs that have been vetted by Debby to ensure they can play safely. Debby sends regular updates throughout the day of George having lots of fun and he is so desperate to get to hers in the morning he barely eats breakfast! I really couldn't recommend a better person to look after your dog! Thank you Debby!

Received a very angry and rude phone call by the end of the day, telling me how bad of a customer I was to forget the vaccination card (which we already apologise earlier on and went home to get it straightaway), disgraceful that I didn't know they have a card machine and wasted my time to go get cash and was bit late, and that I insulted them by mentioning how other dog care service charged me less (even I tried to explain I was only showing off how good my dog is that people are wanting to look after him so much that they will reduce the rate). The rude call was then ended abruptly without letting me speak. So make sure you be a good customer and your dog is on best behaviour before you choose them! Otherwise this is the customer service you will receive, bear in mind not to have an off day like I had and was being not considerate!
