BUT they doubled down and insisted it wasn't a mistake, and I had to dig through old emails to show that it was in fact their screw up. They reluctantly agreed it was an error, but then they wanted to charge me to fix it. I felt angry and humiliated and unheard. I'm never using them again.

Everyone is very professional and they do a great job. As an established client, they send you a pre-planned tax appointment every year based on your preferred time, which you can just keep or call to change/cancel. This is very convenient, one less thing to do. They also send you a handy tax organizer packet ahead of time (pre-filled with your previous year's information) to help you get everything organized and ready. This makes your appointment go very quickly and smoothly, with no surprises. If you do forget to bring a form, they let you just drop it off when you can. If you can't make it into their office in person, they also give you the option of just dropping everything off or mailing everything to them and they take care of the rest. You do not pay until they have completed your taxes and you go to pick them up. If you owe any taxes, they'll have the forms/envelopes all ready and pre-filled for you, you just have to sign and mail. They give you everything nicely organized in a file and the best part is that if you ever get audited by the IRS, they will have your back. Jason also answered questions for us about college savings plans and the cost of college tuition for our son. If you refer a new client to them, they will also give you a token of appreciation (we got a gift card to See's Candy before) and they enter you into a drawing for a trip to Hawaii! Highly recommend for tax preparation!

We have been enrolled in autopay for the past 10 years with Statefarm which this office took off too without authorization. Because of the new account created our online account kept saying no payment due. Now we are behind, and we have never missed a single bill. Because of this mess, all our discounts were taken off, and our monthly installment is now doubled. When I called, I was treated disrespectfully, constantly interrupted, and even yelled at. While writing this, James McPhee called me and threatened me to not call his office, even though I have not called them. A man threatening a woman is unacceptable.

The appliance was installed faulty and we had extensive water damage. Bob had everything taken care of for us. After we filed the claim, everything got fixed in a timely matter, and they paid for our hotel. We spent a month dealing with the warranty and subcontractors before getting insurance involved. Only after the insurance got involved did progress get made, and they got Ferguson to pay our deductible. Also, we save a bunch by bundling our car insurance with our home insurance.

BEWARE! Working…read morewith JR on my health insurance caused me to have a gap in coverage and thousands of dollars out of my pocket for known pre existing medical needs not covered during the gap. While JR was initially responsive and helpful, he failed to submit my health insurance application before the deadline which caused a gap in coverage. This was dispite assurances from JR to my follow up communications that everything was ok, which in hind sight would suggest he was too disorganized to be aware of his error and proved only lip service to my questions. After becoming aware of the error due to my LOSS OF COVERAGE, JR told me he did finally submit my application but would never provide any evidence and stopped communicating all together; thus LEAVING ME WITH NO HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE

When we discovered from the carrier that he had not submitted our health insurance applications like he said, then he failed to return any messages to us for over 10 days (after repeated voicemails, text messages, and email messages) - though he was able to check-in on Facebook at a bar for a football game. JR's mishandling of my family's health insurance applications delayed our family receiving mental health treatment. JR can provide good service, which he did multiple times for us, but when he made an error he failed to address it. You would be better off dealing with health insurance companies directly than seeking assistance from JR.
