I simply asked for an estimated price because it was my first time getting clothes dry cleaned, and instead of being helpful, she was dismissive and never even provided the estimate. She also claimed she couldn't hear me, even though I was speaking clearly. The service was extremely slow, and I ended up wasting most of my HOUR lunch break. After the interaction, I told her I no longer wanted the service. Instead of respecting my decision, the manager continued to argue with me even after I simply said, "Okay." Because of how I was treated, I left and went to Fashion Cleaners, where I received MUCH better customer service and was treated with respect. I also felt VERY uncomfortable when two employees in the back kept staring at me after I stepped outside to take a phone call. Overall, I felt unwelcome and disrespected. In my opinion, this was not a friendly or welcoming environment, and I will not be returning.

I was a bit taken aback when it was close to $70 to clean two blouses and two dresses (no stains, didn't request anything special or out of the ordinary). And when I paid that much and then noticed one of the dresses was wrinkled (see photo) when I got home, I wasn't ecstatic. While I am aware that they have a satisfaction guarantee, I'm not sure when I'll be able to make it back in to address this.
