BEWARE!!! As elderly retirees, we bought a boat in May for 17,000 through Billy Hill who was…read moreacting as broker for the seller. We then paid Billy 5000 cash, (as he insists on cash) to install marine toilet and to service engines, drives (as this was our first boat and we trusted him- our mistake). When we tried to get possession of our boat, Billy Hill hit us with an bill for 9582.50 for work he never got authorized or was approved to do. When we asked for receipts, old parts, documentation or to allow a reputable mechanic verify that the alleged work was actually done, he refused. Billy Hill moved and hid our boat. We had to get assistance of Moorehead City PD to locate our boat, but Billy Hill refused to release our boat even at request of police. We spent weeks trying to resolve, but Billy Hill continual refused to provide any documentation, and refused us access to our boat verify we sought assistance of attorney general NC Consumer Affairs. Billy Hill refused to mutually resolve through them. We were forced to get attorney. Our attorney sent Billy Hill a letter requesting he do the right thing and return our boat or have his attorney contact our attorney. Billy Hill ignored the attorney letter and never responded, nor did his attorney respond. Billy Hill has had or boat from May to Nov and counting. See you in court Billy. Beware!!! AVOID doing business with Billy Hill at All In One Yacht Maintenance and pass the word to prevent Billy Hill of Scamming any other elderly retirees out of their retirement savings after already paying 17,000 and 5000 cash.

Noticed they had porch swings, but we wanted one with the NC and SC emblem on the back were told it can be done. Went back and ordered it and paid in full on June 17th. Was told it would be ready on or around June 20th, great we live out of town so that would be perfect. I started calling July 6th and the phone just rang. Finally, a young girl answered, and I was told the swing would there on July 8th we had someone go by 4 times on 7/8 they were closed.... they are open Wed thru Sun 7am to 7pm. Started calling again the next Wednesday and I haven't even mentioned the numerous Facebook messages that were sent and never answered, or I was told oh come get it Friday again..... The guy would never call us back. We had already had someone go by this business on 3 separate occasions and they were closed. Finally, I sent him a message on FB have our refund or our swing my husband will be there July 23rd....they were closed! After a texting conversation between the owner and my husband they were to meet this morning at 9:30am, guess what the guy was a no show/no call! How inconsiderate can a person be? My husband found out that the furniture was made in Cape Carteret, NC and googled it and found the guys making it and drove the extra distance to pick it up. These guys said we weren't the first people to complain. If you are looking for outdoor furniture don't do like we did, and drive the extra distance to Cape Carteret and go see the guys who actually make the furniture and deal directly with them unless you want to be lied to as this guy could care less about you once he has your money! Darrell performed some basic maintenance on the engine that had been sitting for a while. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how to do basic tasks (oil changes, check transmission fluid, bleed the fuel system). After Darrell left a few dock neighbors came over and told me what a good mechanic he was. I completely agree. Darrell did what was needed, did not try to upsell. The invoice was very fair. So sad, they just don't care anymore. They have no QA/QC. Had the water pump replaced, two months…read moreto do it then it still won't pee, had to take it back three times to get this problem solved, Took it in due to no power to get on top, kept it three months to tell me it's ok.... took it back and it's still not working. Prop was frozen to shaft so took it in and they ruined the prop so asked for cheapest aluminum prop and they take two months to put a $400 SS prop on and I had to keep calling to get this done. These people are related to me so I wanted to use them but I'm through. I will not take it back to this place as it is a waste of time and money. They are not skilled in diagnoses or repair, they can sell you a boat but they can't fix them. Sure, stop in buy a rod and bait but you'll be fishing from the shore. It's not that they are unwilling to correct the issues it's that they are not capable of correcting the problems. I've wanted to sell the boat for 6 months now but can't get it fixed to sell. I'm not saying "don't use these people" I'm just telling my story. I wish there was an empathy button where you could click and feel how bad I feel because of Yopp Brother's and their ineptitude. Amen
