Went on a job and the job didn't work out for me instead of sending me somewhere else I was told that I could not work for Reliance anymore. I didn't quit the job I just couldn't keep up with what I needed to do I had never been a machine operator before had no experience at all..! The new staff was nothing like the Old staff they were friendly and helpful and knew how to talk to people with respect and listen to you and find another job for you.When new people take over a business always different attitudes and different rules also with Reliance new staff if you needed a day off you would be fired. They acted like the workers were slaves and supposed to constantly work for them to make them money. People have personal issues or appointments even court, the staff didn't care at all. Just negative people
