He is truly top-notch; professional, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly an expert in his field. He not only helped tremendously with my 2025 tax return, but also took the time to review my 2024 return, which had been prepared by another well-known firm (I won't name names, but it may or may not end in "Block" ). He identified significant issues that had been missed and helped get everything back on track. The level of expertise, attention to detail, and professionalism he brings is exceptional. It's rare to find someone you can immediately trust with something as important as your finances and taxes, but I absolutely do. Tido was such a life-safer. If it wasn't for him, I could've been in a terrible situation with the IRS wrongly believing I owed them hundreds of thousands of dollars and therefore taking my assets and income to pay of the invalid debt. For context, I had set up a POS system for my family with my social security number. I didn't realize using my social security number would cause any tax issues. I initially got some IRS letters, and my previous CPA said he would take care of the issue. However, the IRS letters kept coming, and I eventually responded to an IRS letter myself. I was deeply troubled and concerned, and the whole situation was negatively impacting my personal life as well. I began searching for someone new to help me resolve the situation. After talking with various CPAs and tax attorneys, I was so grateful to have found Tido. He was calm, empathetic, and supportive, and he treated me with respect and care. Not once did I feel he was in it to make a lot of money from me. Instead, he gave me a really fair price, especially compared to other providers, and throughout the whole process, he was responsive and communicative. Now, the IRS has corrected my records; I no longer am wrongly being accused of owing hundreds of thousands of dollars; and this resolution has helped my personal life be more stable again. This is a horrible people who are very Lazy with their business. Those 5 stars reviews they got is from their relatives. My worse experience of filing tax of my life with them. They over charged me $300 for a single file w-2 tax. On top of that they lied to me that they filed my tax already. I called IRS the last day to check and they confirmed that nothing has filed. I called them and they told me they are doing it on the last day of filing and last minutes. Also they did not try to get any deductions for me. Lazy people doing the last minute on the last day of filing tax. Also they sent an email out to their customers at 7:30pm on the last day to let them know to file their tax. How crazy is that?? The Bank closed at 5pm, for those for does not know much about technology and want to do payment plan with check, they will get late with penalty on the payment plan. Because of all the banks already closed . Never go back to these lazy people who calls themselves Financial Advisers What a Joke !!! read more
