He not only refunded the full amount of the initial cleaning, but the manager from this area brought the refund check to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.
