I just recently used them again but this time it was to haul away a piece of furniture. They were able to pick up the furniture later in the week and also gave me a discount on the cost. They are currently helping out the community by accepting food donations, and they also donate furniture if it's in good condition. The guys that picked up the furniture were prompt and on time and very courteous! Excellent customer service and will definitely use them again if needed.

Eagle rock sanitation stopped picking my garbage up for months while we still paid our bill they…read morejust stopped picking it up! Our garbage bin was full for months and they never picked it up! Then today they decided to show up and get the garbage can after months of complaining and then when they did finally show up they tried to tell us we owe $600 mind you the bill is $55 so they're trying to act like they haven't been billing us for months and when we said we're not paying that since they haven't given us service they purposely dumped it in my yard and sped off!
