A resounding 5 stars for a cleaning service that I'll definitely be using in the future…read more I am selling my home and my realtor recommended I use America Home Services (Martha, specifically), to clean the house before we start showing it. Now, I keep a pretty clean house, but holy cow do they get every single spot! Martha set up a walk-thru to give me an estimate on the cost to clean the whole house. I gave her super short notice, but she and a few helpers came within a day. Martha was warm, professional, and had a great energy. She and her team all wore masks (as did I) and she went room to room to make sure she knew what I was looking for. I had no idea how much dust had settled in every nook and cranny of every door and baseboard, but Martha showed me and she included all of that in the estimate. In the end, she gave me a very reasonable quote and scheduled me for the following day. I got a text the day-of the cleaning to let me know they were on their way, so I left to work elsewhere. I was given two choices of scents and went with lavender (LOVE that they were proactive in asking!). When they were done, I got a call to quickly go over the one area where they had a hard time cleaning and it was almost perfect, but not completely perfect. I really appreciated how proactive they were in letting me know, and truth be told, had I gotten home I wouldn't have even noticed (it was such a slight difference). Overall, we were soooo pleased with the cleaning and the house showed beautifully.
