(I later looked at Google and Facebook which confirmed these ratings). I messaged the company and Brian got back to me shortly. I told him what I needed and asked for a quote. He said that he needed to see the home before he could quote a price. Brimin's protocol when taking on a new house is to first do a ceiling to floor deep clean to get everything up to their standards and then they schedule you for your next regular cleaning. Even though I was only in town a couple more days and Brian had morning until evening jobs, he still took time on Saturday to stop over with his wife and business partner, Jasmin, so I'd have a chance to meet them. I introduced them to everyone then Brian and Jasmin went around the house assessing what it needed for a deep clean and what it would need on an ongoing basis. When Brian got back to me with the estimate i was a little surprised by the cost. I guess I just didn't realize the amount of love the house really needed. My dad, on the other hand, flat out said no. He wasn't completely on board in the first place. I talked to Brian, told him our thoughts and concerns and we were able to work out something that we all could agree to. Brian and Jasmin came yesterday. They spent a combined 8 hours cleaning. I called my mom after they left and she could not stop raving - her chandelier sparkled, her kitchen light fixture was much brighter, they picked up everything and dusted underneath it (and there is A LOT of "everything"!). She just went on and on. And then on and on for a couple more days. She really enjoyed talking with Brian snd Jasmine (Brian did (very kindly) mention that my parents are quite the conversationalists - they will talk your ear off if you let them!) My brother happened to stop by while they were still there. He said he was very impressed with their work and he really felt a good vibe between them and our family. His opinion means a lot to me - he's an extremely hard worker and has exacting standards. For him to admire someone else's work says a whole lot. My dad was happy enough that he has agreed to monthly cleanings - we were hoping for twice a month but this is huge for him and we'll take those baby steps. I'm thrilled, but more in a selfish way, now I won't need to spend my visits cleaning nonstop! Please, if you are looking for a cleaning service and only make one call, make sure it is to Brian Brimin. You won't be sorry. (Update since I wrote this...unfortunately, my parents have both had major health issues since Brian and Jasmin were there last week. They are both headed to rehab for a few weeks to gain strength. We've finally convinced them that they really just can't live alone anymore so coming home to live at all is in question. No, you can't have their spot yet though, after finally finding the Brimins, I'm not willing to let them go that easily. I'm three time zones away from Brian right now so I will call him in the morning. I hope that they are still willing to come out for their scheduled appointment. Although the house really won't need much cleaning, I hope they can help my brother and I with some of the big big jobs like windows and such. I guess I'll find out if they are willing to stay on with us in the morning.)

I hired Ana from Ana's Cleaning Service on July 3, 2025, for a deep clean of my 1500 square foot…read moreranch-style home with three bedrooms and a half bath. I had posted three before photos to show that the house was already looks spotless and free of clutter. As an above-the-knee amputee who uses a wheelchair, I usually manage to clean my home myself, using tools to reach high and low places. However, I hadn't been able to clean the high areas in about two months when I hired Ana. She was going to do a deep clean, then come once a month to maintain what I cannot. We paid her $75 per hour for five hours, totaling $380. The quality of her work was incredibly poor, and she missed many basic deep-cleaning areas entirely (as seen in the photos). I am complete shocked by what I came home to. To make matters worse, Ana was extremely pushy and relentlessly pressured and harassed me to pay her remaining balance of $190 before I could even check her work. I received over 90 messages from her in a few days! I sent Ana almost 100 pictures of the areas she missed. No apology or acknowledgement that she did a horrible job. Offer comes back for 2 hrs for free. It took me twelve hours and two days to get to everything she missed. The pictures speak for themselves. Remember, this was supposed to be a deep clean, according to Ana. Be careful out there!

After I moved out of my apartment at the end of my lease, I asked Dwight to clean my apartment. I've already started cleaning my apartment by myself and 80% was done. I wanted Dwight to clean the apartment perfectly the way the landlord wanted it so that I could get my deposit back. I scheduled a cleaning after I moved out and left PA. Apparently, he went there late in the morning and left the apartment 2 hours later and then he took pictures of the bathroom and refrigerator that I cleaned thoroughly by myself and he claimed he cleaned it. I trusted him as he worked with the Manada Hill apartments before and I thought he is not going to ruin his relationship with them and I fully paid him. The apartment manager visited my apartment a day after he cleaned and sent me a few pictures. She said he did nothing there and don't pay him until he return to complete the job. I contacted him and asked him to return and clean it thoroughly. Dwight said I did "Move out" cleaning and not "Move in" cleaning and they shouldn't expect a very clean apartment. I just asked him to clean the apartment. After I told him this is not right and this is not what I asked, this is exactly how he responded: "I will not discuss any further information about what was done and what should have been done. You wanted a move out cleaning, which was performed and explained. If they are unhappy, we provide different services that include a thorough and intricate clean, which would be a move in clean. " He never returned and the apartment complex deducted $300 from my deposit as you see in the picture. Please don't give any business to him. He is a fraud and lacks a work ethic. if you need confirmation, contact the Manada Hill Apartments office. They will they you the story. They told me they are not going to work with him again.
