I am very pleased with Tier One Tax! I had Chuck as my tax preparer and he was very professional and also has a "unique" sense of humor. Last week I was dropping off my tax info for Chuck and I was greeted by a couple of people- it was just good customer service. I was also pleasantly surprised when I was told what my fee would be for my tax service.....it was less than I had paid in previous years! Another nice service I was told about was that Tier One Tax has educational workshops throughout the year! Chuck mentioned a few but I believe the next one will be Identity Theft and Fraud presented by the CBI and then a few weeks later a Shred Day! I hope I will be able to attend as I am very interested in this topic and for sure I have some documents to shred. Suzanne Burrill was/is an awesome professional. She has been doing taxes and accounting for years, and it shows. This was the first time my family and I used her for our returns. We are always a little bit complicated, and as a group, a little bit unique to work with, and she did an incredible job for each one of us. She spent about 4 hours getting the 4 of us completed on a SATURDAY! One return was simple; the next was a little more complicated with multiple w2 and educational considerations; the next had more forms, more complications, including disability and outside income; and the final one was worse than all 3 of the previous ones, with contract employment, estate income, health insurance, and self employment. Jerry Hindman is an exceptional tax professional!! Jerry has been doing our taxes for ten years or more and he is always looking our for out best interests.
