The receptionist was very courteous and answered all my questions and then forwarded me to Charles whom also was very informative. We set up an appointment for the following Friday after I received the painting. That Friday I proceeded to their Red Bank office after multiple email and phone confirmations on the appointment. Not only was I welcomed at the door by the receptionist with cold or room temperature bottled water, Charles instantly handed me quarters for my parking meter! How great was that?
