Once I became very old I was not able to easily see Tiffany. I had been seeing her for many years and she gave me some great tools to see my way through the "stuff". I had a very bad experience with a therapist there. She told me to break up with my boyfriend, because he eats junk food around me. My boyfriend means everything to me and is very beneficial to my mental health. She also said I was "creating my own depression" by thinking negative thoughts. What she doesn't understand is that depression is a chemical imbalance. It's not easy to just think happy thoughts when one is depressed. Maybe I just got a bad therapist. read more

Called. Went to vm. They called back and left a vm...2 minutes before they closed ensuring I would never be able to call back in time. Emailed them. They called and left vm. Called them during normal working hours and went straight to vm. I needed help and yet another mental help "professional " doing nothing to help people that desperately need it. read more

I had services here for my son who was dealing with the loss of two grandparents and also the loss of a dog. We went there and do not remember not showing up to an appointment, went to a psychological evaluation testing after the so called missed appointments where nothing was said to me. After they had the insurance money of over 6 visits, I called saying my son was having a hard time and looking to schedule an appointment and they stated we had been kicked out of the practice due to missing two appointments 6.minths prior. No letter .no notice. I was very aggravated and let it go. Now 1 year later I am getting a bill stating I now have to pay $150 for two no show appointments when I had spoken to them stating these were not valid. They did to me they have no way of proving it but that the note stated I never showed up. I am beyond frustrated , not only did they lie and kicked my 9 year old son out,.now they are requesting money. They are only in it for money and not to help anyone. Please do not go to them. This is why people do not get mental health care.. its sad and wrong. read more

I have been going here weekly for almost a year now and I can happily say that I am a better, happier person than I was before attending. I truly believe starting to go here has saved my life. Billing is easy and I never wait longer than 10 minutes to go into each session. Everyone has a kind feeling about them and I couldn't ask for a better place to go every week. read more

They were all ready to schedule an appointment and the second she asked what insurance I had they "no longer had any appointments". They ask you to call back in 10-12 days but don't take your name down or anything for a wait list. Let me wait 10-12 days for you to tell me no again. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Terrible billing service. Charge a co pay even if you don't have a co pay. They charge you for everything they possibly can, med consultants also. Their credit card machine never works and when you pay cash, they forget to give receipts or change. Then when your totally fed up and decide to go somewhere else, they email your primary physician and say your uncompliment and not following their procedures. I wouldn't recommend this place for a dog physiologist. I plan on calling the better business bureau about their practices. read more

Dr. Griffiths is very effective and very good, I have seen her over a number of years, however she is no longer actively practicing as a therapist. She has build up the business across several offices, each with an office manager, but by using her name. If they even answer the phone or get back to you, the office staff are very rude. I was trying to make an appointment for my son, I said I wasn't sure if his mom had already made one because she had called and left messages and the office was not getting back to her. The office told me because he is a child and due to HIPAA they couldn't tell me whether he had an appointment or not. (Not true, I am an employer myself and deal with HIPAA regularly; there is no court order either) I tried to explain this to the lady and kept repeating that my son needs to see someone rather quickly and due to my past experiences with Dr. Griffiths I wanted him at this practice. Very rude, and we wasted several days trying to get him in when he needs a therapist, and need to spend time looking for someone else. read more
