Worst nail salon ever. Asked for a simple design on two fingers and it was like asking her to build a rocket ship. My pedicure was so half assed. She didn't clean under and around the nails at all. The man who did my nails was very attentive and took his time, which I really appreciate when using the nail sander. I had no cuts or abrasions, he was very gentle! I love the colour I picked out- they have a whole lot of options. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at any nail salon. I waited an hour after being seated for the nail tech to start and then she disappeared 3 times during the process. It took 3 hours to get a fill in and she charged me extra to get the nails cut down and use a matte top coat instead of glossy. The color she used was nothing like the one i showed her and after i worked up the courage to tell her i hated the color and would like to change it and told her i would pay extra to change it she and the other nail techs started yelling at me and being rude and talking to each other continuously throughout the entire time. They told me i would have to pay extra for the color change, which i had already said i would do, and then she didn't even take off the other color, she painted over it with the new one and it was streaky and sloppy. You cant still see the old color through the new one. They were all completely unprofessional and rude and are over charging after they already start on the nails. read more

Two stars for nice interior. Unfortunately there aren't many nail shops to choose from in this area that have nice interior, but that's the best thing about Tiffany's. Their customer service is subpar when it should be great because the entire community keeps their lights on. The staff picks and choose who they greet when they walk through the door so that's major points deducted from their overall quality. I have been going to Tiffany's for years and i have noticed that they are a lot more polite to their white customers than their black customers. In the past I would tip techs $10 each visit which i stopped doing because of their inconsistency to do quality work and their demeanor towards myself and other blacks when I'm at the facility. read more

I used to go to Tiffany's a long time ago to get my nails done. They did amazing work except for the guy that works there. Sorry I don't have a name. He's an older nail tech. Honestly, he did crappy work many years ago, and apparently he is still doing crappy work. The salon isn't super clean. Not sure how any of the other techs are, but I won't be returning to see. read more

I went to Tiffanys Nail Salon yesterday and had the worst experience. I was there for four hours just for a fillin. They were not organized. They have a sign in sheet which serve no purpose. I will never ever go to this place again. My suggestion is if you have 3 to 4 hours to wait: don't mind being overlooked for only fair service; this is your place to go. read more
