My nails aren't just beautiful; the structural integrity and work are flawless. It's rare to find a tech who prioritizes the health of the natural nail while delivering a high-end finish. 10/10 execution. I highly recommend Alyssa. Also, the staff overall is so nice and always super friendly.

The salon is incredibly clean, well-organized, and everyone who works there was so nice and welcoming. Yen did my stone massage and gel pedicure--it was incredibly relaxing and so well done! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

I came in with photo inspiration and she added her twist which I really liked! Felt like she was into it rather than pumping clients through. I always get such good service at Tiffany's and, again, not disappointed yesterday when I arrived and was taken right in. As the salon got busier I watched the careful dance to accommodate the wishes of all the arriving customers. The added bonus is the TV with Asian cooking shows! read more

Had an exceptional experience getting a gel manicure with Yen! She is so gentle with hand massages, placed a warm towel on my arm, it was accommodating and fabulous ! Also Kim did a Great, deluxe pedicure! Very professional and sweet. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff is very nice but my services were terrible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can cut my toenails straighter and paint them better. My gel manicure that was $10 more online than it is on the menu they have in the store and lasted maybe 1/2 of the week mostly due to the fact the lady wasn't letting the UV light finish before moving it to the next hand. It started chipping, lifting, and they just completely came off my nails. $96 including tip was a huge waste of money. It was relaxing during the services but once I saw my toes and the sad lasting effects of manicure- no way would I go back or recommend anyone else go! It's not the cleanliest salon I've been in either. read more

Highly recommend this nail salon. I got a basic manicure and it was fantastic, they took their time filing and shaping my nails and cuticles and they look so dang good The salon is clean and well kept and everyone in there is so friendly. You check in at an iPad in the front of the store with your phone number and name. I will definitely be back! read more

OMG wow! I was in the area and on my way to a wedding in Carmel as a bridesmaid and I had my nails done a day ago but the gel on one nail was already peeling off/messed up. (I have only gotten my nails done once before so I was very naive in how nail salons work/what to ask for/what is quality vs not) I popped into Tiffany's nails to ask them to help me fix the one nail but after a brief misunderstanding, the nail tech started to remove the polish from my nails. However, it ended up they recommended to get a new set of gel nails and they gave me a discount. I got a new set of French tip nails and the nail tech did such a fantastic job shaping and painting them. They really looked great and still do two weeks later! I'm still staring at them haha. Thank you for doing such a great job! Wish I lived closer! read more

I was debating writing this, I haven't had this bad of nails in a very long time. I had scheduled a…read moregelx and had to reschedule, I quickly agreed to the new date and didn't realize that it rescheduled to just gel, which I take accountability for not completely reading the full message. She worked around it and called her boss (next client) to see if she could come a little later. My baby was with me due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a little awkward. The owner showed her a Barbie doll and was helpful toward that situation. My nails she messed up on didn't put the bonding glue on a nail and continued. They seemed fine till I left and noticed 2 of the nails completely crooked and when messaged about it she said she adjusted the tip for nail bed and Is out of town and to file it cause that's what she would do. My other fingers were straight, never had a problem before. It was on a Friday and by Monday a couple of the nails were falling off and broken. I don't do much with my hands so for 80$ nails and 20$ tip, to fall off within less than 3 days isn't great. I have paid way less and they lasted longer and looked better and if not they would have me come back in and take off the nail and re-do it. A second one split 5 days in, they looked rushed and not put on correctly

Red Carpet Salon had 4 adorable little kid-sized pedicure chairs for my daughter to chose from. We came on a weekday morning in the summer and there was one other little girl there with her mom, too. My daughter loved her experience and the nail technician was so sweet and kind to her. She bumped her toe on our way out and they helped to fix it up for her before we left again.

Upon my mani being started, my manicurist kept getting up to inspect other manicurists jobs they were doing for other clients and stepping to help file, shape, etc. bouncing back and forth between me.. and overseeing them. WTFFFF. My mani took about 40 minutes because of that and on top of that, I did not get a bowl of water to soak my hands in to soften my cuticles. Sooo because prep was horrible, the following day, my gel started lifting. Avoid, do not waste your money.

I was debating writing this, I haven't had this bad of nails in a very long time. I had scheduled a…read moregelx and had to reschedule, I quickly agreed to the new date and didn't realize that it rescheduled to just gel, which I take accountability for not completely reading the full message. She worked around it and called her boss (next client) to see if she could come a little later. My baby was with me due to unforeseen circumstances and it was a little awkward. The owner showed her a Barbie doll and was helpful toward that situation. My nails she messed up on didn't put the bonding glue on a nail and continued. They seemed fine till I left and noticed 2 of the nails completely crooked and when messaged about it she said she adjusted the tip for nail bed and Is out of town and to file it cause that's what she would do. My other fingers were straight, never had a problem before. It was on a Friday and by Monday a couple of the nails were falling off and broken. I don't do much with my hands so for 80$ nails and 20$ tip, to fall off within less than 3 days isn't great. I have paid way less and they lasted longer and looked better and if not they would have me come back in and take off the nail and re-do it. A second one split 5 days in, they looked rushed and not put on correctly

I have been going to Tiffany to get my nails done before she opened her own nail salon. Her salon is great. The salon is very clean, the tools are sterlized and the staff friendly. I always get my french manicure from Tiffany because she does an excellent french manicure. I have tried a few other salons and the french manicure chips in a day or two. Tiffany's last the whole week. I have also had my nails done by Tammi and she is also very very good. For my pedicure I go to a couple of the girls but I can't remember their names. I agree with the one review where some of the girls are brutal on the scrub and massage. However, you just have to speak up and let them know. read more

I think Tina, the owner is great. I've gotten my nails done here for many years. Tina does a great job and is very sweet and helpful. She is also very efficient and professional and always wants the customer to be happy. She will do anything possible when it comes to good customer service. DISGUSTING BUSINESS WITH NO MORALS OR ETHICS!!! Save your money and go else where. They do a lousy job on top of giving every Asian owned business a bad name. They don't honor their word and sell gift certificates that they claim are expired when you go into actually use them. They take advantage of young people and their inability to have the courage to stick up for themselves. There are far more ethical and upstanding salons to patronize. I have to say Tiffany's is an AWESOME place. I'm staying here in Santa Cruz until 11/15/16 the place I'm staying at did not have any recommendation. I saw Tiffany's in the mall and decided to give it a try. I am VERY PLEASED WITH MY NAILS.. I'll be returning in 2 weeks for a full two-tone set and possibly Pedi as well. The facility is very very clean and while I was there the, (I believe owner ),was clean spots on the floor. NOW THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES TO ME THANKS GUYS!!!! read more

I visited as a walk-in on a Thursday afternoon and had no wait at all. I got the basic manicure and pedicure The chairs are clean and comfortable, and all the equipment was taken out of sterile bags, and the pedicurist wore gloves, which I really appreciate. I picked a sparkle polish with a base coat, and the pedicurist actually painted one toe before we began to make sure I liked how it looked! This place has the most friendly, respectful and accommodating staff! They made me feel like a queen with their status of service, always ensuring that I was comfortable and enjoying myself.
