Pink Hanbok (mocktail) & free "apps"

We've attempted to patronize Tiger Mama before and they were randomly closed on the prior date, I can't recall why but it was during their usual open hours. We tried again on a rainy Monday evening in June and they were open and not too busy yet shortly after 5:30. We decided to sit in the covered patio area, it was quite nice. They have heaters if its cold and privacy screens from pedestrians on the sidewalk which is right there. Seems like they use part of the patio as a storage spot, which I can understand given its a small, converted house. Menus were well used, so much so that part of them were unreadable. Luckily I had looked on yelp reviews beforehand and knew what I wanted. We ordered the Gun mandu, K-ramen with mandu and Bokkum Noodle with spicy pork bulgogi. I also tried an mocktail (the Pink Hanbok). Everything was delivered relatively quickly and the staff, while clearly shorthanded, was nice and friendly. The Gun Mandu was very good, could have been filled a bit more. The Bokkum noodle was too sweet for me and the spicy pork wasn't spicy. The ramen was good but nothing here really stood out to me. I've had larger servings of similar fare elsewhere and the ramen seemed a bit generic which was surprising to me given other reviews. Overall it was a good experience but it wasn't outstanding. Service is good, staff are genuinely nice and ambience is fine.

Yummmmm. We got the tteokbokki, beef bulgogi kimbap, seafood pajeon, and half of the honey soy garlic KFC. Everything was good! The only thing I will note is that the tteokbokki was a little watery. Tiger Mama is one of the few Korean places with banchan in Eugene. The seating is a little crowded, but it was not a big deal.

One of the easiest 5 star reviews I've ever posted. An absolutely sensational experience! The food was superb. The mushrooms bibimbap was out of this world. Such a great assortment of ingredients and flavors, the rice that sticks to the side of the clay pot is a real treat. Also tried the buchu jeon which was equally out of this world good! I had it gluten free so they use a different kind of flour, I have eaten a ton of gluten in my life and I can say the gluten free version I can not even imagine tasting better in anyway. It was one of if not the best pancake type dishes I've ever had. Also the seaweed salad was great as well as the little appetizer assortment thing they give to every table. The wait here was 15-20 minutes on a Thursday night and I went in alone! I expect they will be packed on most nights as the food really is out of this world and unique bur it is well worth the wait. I will come here everytime I am in the area if the time warrants it.

I forgot to take a photo before we started eating. Oops! But, I can't believe it took us THIS long The food was really good! We ate our meal and ended up ordering food to-go because it was delicious! I only have 2 complaints. I needed more table space and I need more things to dip in all the sauces! Loved the sauce that came with the potstickers (im sorry I forget its Korean name!). The Korean fried chicken with sweet and spicy sauce was probably the favorite of the night! Also ended up adding volcano sauce to my Bokkum Noodle with Bulgogi. Service was also great! Our waiter was very nice and checked in often! Super cool place!

This spot is a must if you are looking for good Korean food in Eugene. I am really picky about Asian cuisine but this place always hits the spot for me. It is also my go to when friends visit from out of town. The interior is super cute. The space is smaller than you might expect but it still fits a good amount of people and they also have outdoor seating. I got the beef bulgogi with rice and my husband had the ramen and both were delicious. My absolute favorite is always the banchan (free side dishes). We also ordered the soy garlic wings which I have to get every single time. Definitely a place we will be coming back to again and again.

Went for an office birthday lunch. They accommodated all 11 of us graciously (it's a small restaurant, but it was a Thursday lunch). I ordered the Bokkum Noodle Spicy Pork Bulgogi. It was excellent. For lunch, it would be splittable. Very flavorful. The "spicy" is a bit of a misnomer, it had a nice kick, but not too hot (I'd give it a 2 on my 0-5 scale). Next time, I might ask for the spicy option on the menu. Overall, a great experience!

This is the absolute BEST FOOD I've had in a loooooong time. Everything is so fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of spice (you can ask for more/less spice). Do not be afraid to try something new. This is the perfect place to explore! I really appreciated how friendly and helpful all of the staff were, especially with menu recommendations. The place itself is not very big but they have a gorgeous covered outdoor area that adds seating.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one. We went yesterday around 7pm and our server was extremely accommodating, noticing our wobbly table and offering a better one. Cute cozy atmosphere, absolutely delicious food, abundant side dishes, great value, and we got a shot of sake on the house to top it off! We don't have to decide where to go for date night anymore XD

So yummy!! Highly recommend. Drinks are good too! I would 100% go back. Service was excellent.

If you want some authentic Korean food in Eugene this place is it. So much flavor, big portions to share, and options for meat lovers and vegetarian lovers. My favorite was the mushroom tofu Kimbap and bibimbap . Chicken was a bit dry but the honey garlic flavor made up for it.

This was my second time at Tiger Mama and we enjoyed it immensely! The service and food were fantastic. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Our only complaint was that it could have been much spicier for our palates.

DRINKS: 7/10 SERVICE: 10/10 AMBIANCE: 10/10 What we ordered: Lemon & Ginger Mule Key Lime Rum Cocktail DRINKS: 7/10 The Lemon & Ginger Mule was fascinating and part of their Shrub specialty menu, which is a sweet-and-tart drinking vinegar made from fruit, sugar, and vinegar, created to preserve fruit. Definitely an acquired taste, but I loved the creativity behind it. The Key Lime Rum Cocktail was bright, refreshing, and perfectly balanced, with a tropical twist that was smooth and flavorful without being overly sweet. SERVICE: 10/10 The bartender serving us was friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated how they explained some of the more unique cocktails and helped me pick something adventurous. She was a vibe for sure and seemed to be vibing with the other customers as well. AMBIANCE: 10/10 Crow & Cart nails that "handcrafted neighborhood bar" feel. The space is full of character with warm wood tones, plants, and personal touches everywhere. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax. There is also outdoor seating. If you're in Eugene and want something beyond your average cocktail bar, you should give this place a try.

The Skybar is located on the 5th floor of the building along with the Hotel lobby... uh okay. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating. We went to the SkyBar and found it to be a smallish yet convenient place to wait for guests or visitors along with getting a drink or a bite to eat. The bar looks like it can accommodate about 30 people in the interior. There is a nice outdoor patio that can easily accommodate more when the weather is nice. The barkeeper was very attentive and observant, he took our food and drink requests at the bar and in short order, everything was presented. I had a Moscow Mule that I found to be a refreshing drink. Ginger beer, lime and vodka. An excellent combination. I also had an order of the chicken wings and fries. The fries were a normal shoestring variety, cooked well, nicely salted and came in a metal bowl. The wings I found to be outstanding! I don't usually get wings this well made unless I do it myself. I received 8 wings coated with barbecue sauce on a charcuterie board with the fries. The wings were served nicely hot. The meat was piping hot, juicy and tender. The barbecue coating was a hearty middle of the road sauce, not sweet or too smoky. It was caramelized perfectly for that sticky texture and flavor. Definitely a nice coating. Thankfully the bartender brought us a lot of napkins. The wings and fries made for a satisfying meal. The bar boasts a couple of gas fireplaces that make for a warming environment with a few semi private tables. There is a longer table for a larger group as well as several smaller tables and a few bar stools for game watching. All in all we found the bar to be a cozy semi-private environment, yet available to the guests as they come and go. All around, a nice meeting area and watering hole. We will book our family members for a stay here at the hotel. I'm looking forward to trying more of their specialty drinks.
