I go for the martial Spirit class and practice the Japanese do, which is the art of the staff. we also do a basic Tai chi sometimes we also do Japanese bow can sometimes and always practice some forms of aikido mostly the hand grabs. These are all modify to a peaceful form of aiki which Lance kisneth has developed as martial arts as a pathway to peace.
