You'll notice lots of happy customers! That's what I did when my concrete chimney crown cracked to the point where any rain event would make it's way into the ceiling of my home. As many other reviews have stated, they believed their job was too small to be of interest to any mason, including the McHenry team. Andre seems to be very adept at not only fitting his job review and estimates into very busy and fully scheduled work days, but also the actual work. Very attentive to the needs of his customer(s), and at what I deemed a very fair price. Andre didn't send a team of workers for a one-man job, rather, Grayson arrived, had been fully briefed on what needed to be done, and got right to work. He was able to remove the old/cracked crown, replace it with new concrete, remove the old flashing caulk and re-caulk with quality polyurethane product in a couple of late day visits. I was impressed with how quickly Grayson finished the job, especially from scaffolding he brought up to my roof. These guys have a ton of energy, answer questions with patience, and smile the entire time. Felt like they were trying to impress me and earn my future business, which I really appreciate in a contractor. We are so pleased with the results! The floor was very worn and had spots that needed repair, with previous patches that used different widths and wood types. Santeliz Hardwood recommended a stain color that the different wood types blend to look completely natural. The areas that they repaired are flawless. We'll definitely use them again for other areas! Their selection of remnants was impressive and we found exactly what we were looking for. On the customer service end of things, we were able to make a next-day appointment to look at their products with a personal one-on-one employee. She was with us for about an hour, explaining products, helping us find things, and matching backsplash tiles. She was very knowledgeable. We visited a couple other places in Hudson that day before making a final decision and no one else could even meet with us for a week (though we could browse and see prices which were essentially the same at all 3 places). Selection wasn't as good as the other two places, however. Installation was fabulous. Two men came and measured with their equipment and the same men came back to install two weeks later with no hiccups. They were also very thorough and knowledgeable, helping us decide how many holes to drill for a faucet (or possible added soap dispenser) and shared what they were seeing as current trends, verifying finished edges, etc. They spent time to answer our questions and didn't seem rushed. They genuinely cared about the finished result and our happiness with it. Amazing from start to finish! We would highly recommend Gallery 77!

I hired this company about three years ago to redo my patio, steps and too small slabs. It was…read morestamped and stained (only on top) the colors they chose didn't match or flow, but the owner or manager (Chad) convinced me to wait a year because it will fade out. They also removed all my very old (collected) flagstone that was in a small garden connected to the patio, WITHOUT my permission! I contacted Chad to have it brought back and he told me that it was disposed of, sorry.. no offer to replace this stones. I paid $10,000 cash for this job. In less than two years, I had a crack going from the base of my steps all the way across the landing and out the other side and several large rock pops, the patio looked bad. I contacted the owner, he sent a guy out in May, whom told me that my patio looked bad from the street, he told me that they can fix the crack etc and will add another sealant and would return by June 10th, they never showed. A few weeks later I contacted the owner again to let him know that nobody came, it was towards the end of the season and he said that they were booked up but would put me at the first of the list for Spring when weather is permitted, to contact him then. I contacted him when he asked me to, I was then told that he was already booked and to call him back in about a month. I reminded him that we did this back-and-forth thing last spring, they were right now show and this was the second season I had to have my patio cleared off for them and was unable to use it and I would not be calling him every couple weeks to be added in and that I was supposed to be at the top of the list and done first. He wrote me back and stated that he would contact me the first week of June and get some thing figured out. I was never contacted, instead one of his employees showed up the last week of May and told my son that we needed to have the patio cleared off because he was coming to power-wash it. I had to clear my patio off at 11:30 PM that night when I got home from work. His employees showed up the next day and power washed it twice, skip a day then showed up the following day unannounced and stained my patio a very dark red to brown color, without my permission and without me being home, no cracks or holes were fixed. My patio looks horrible, it looked better messed up, I hate it! I was livid, I contacted the owner to ask him what he told his employee to do, that I did not authorize that and I don't want it like that, that it is extremely ugly, it is very dirty looking and he sprayed over some rust spots instead of clearing them. The owner returned my message with a, "That was nice... We went out of our way to fit you in." (You mean you did your damn job?!) He states that the crack and the rock pops are with in normal range and common in this Minnesota weather and they can't fix them and that I would have to wait a year to see how am I staying faded, but first he argued that they didn't stain it at all and that my patio was just dirty to begin with, to which I stated, "How is that possible when they were the ones who sealed it to begin with and his employee power washed it twice?!" ‍ Chad then went on to tell me that they could come back next year and grind it down if I wanted to pay them to do that, I stated "Why would I pay you to do something I didn't ask you to do to begin with?!?" He went on to tell me that it didn't matter if I took him to small claims court because they were the best concrete company in the city and they do the best work, I told him that if he was willing to put the work he did on my patio on the front page of his website and Facebook page to show their great craftsmanship for a minimum of 30 days I would keep it as is and let it go, he did or not respond and has now blocked my messages. Very unprofessional and unorganized with a lack of customer service skills. Within the last three years, with this company and one other company that I've had update my house, I've spent $17,000 I've had poor work done by two different companies, this shouldn't be allowed to happen and I am beyond tired of paying good money for poor work!

No Limit Brick and Stone was able to helps us meld the old and new together beautifully. They also "neatened up" some crumbling tuck pointing. Easy communication and stuck to the proposed timetable.

Just had the most gorgeous kitchen peninsula installed for WAY WAY less than I would have thought…read morepossible. The install was incredibly fast and incredibly through. Like, I told them they didn't have to re-attach the corbels under the overhang because I planned to paint them first, and they, without any prompting on my end, sanded the old glue off the backs of the corbels so they'd be easier for me to re-attach later! Where do you find service like that anymore?! Plus the warehouse staff went to incredible lengths to help me find just exactly the stone I wanted- and their remnants are HUGE so I could get much better stone than I should have been able to afford. Someday when I can fix up the horrible old vanity in the upstairs bathroom I'll be happy to return to these folks for it.
