There are 2 locations in Toulouse, and I came to this one (close to Jean Jaures); they have a decent amount of outdoor seating and the food comes quickly. I didn't really care for the burgers here, I've had better burgers at the food trucks, Bouche B and Mecs au Camino. I got the classic burger which had the beef patty, emmental cheese, tomato, lettuce and their classic sauce. I found the bun to be too large for the burger patty, there was too much cheese proportional to the rest of the burger, and the sauce was just so-so without much flavor. The burger was fine but nothing that I would come back again and again for. I have had much better burgers elsewhere. The fries were pretty decent and a generous amount. They weren't super crispy but they weren't soggy either. Overall, the burger was just okay. It wasn't anything special that I would come back for. Maybe other flavor combinations are better but I don't think I would eat here again unless someone I was with really wanted to.

I say, "road trip!!". The varieties of pizzas suggestions and toppings are mind boggling period and extremely tasty from the basics in margarita to curry pizza. Comes in two sizes ( petite, grande). There is definitely a flavour that would suitable be for anyone in the family. As for the burgers, there are much to choose from an large enough to share or not. The crust is definitely homemade. Thin, crisp. Just enough sauce to tempt the palate for more. Then, the toppings of French Jambon or chorizo, fresh mozzerella or vibrant cherry tomatoes and herbs. It was painful to choose just what pizza i wanted. We had to choose three... for four people..Different pizzas... and gosh we were not disappointed. L'Chez is here is amazingly kind. I spent a week in Toulouse, and this was one my favorite places that I ate at. They only open…read moreMondays to Fridays, until about 6 pm, so it's great for lunch, or a coffee and a snack. They have a pretty small menu that changes every week depending on what they have in season, which is great because there's variety and the things are fresh. They seem to have 2 pastas, a salad, 2 sandwich choices, and a few desserts that they bake in house. You can get just a sandwich, a salad, or a plate of pasta. Or you can get a sandwich + dessert, salad + dessert, or if you want coffee or tea, they have that too. The sandwiches are pre-made so they are the fastest to grab and go. The salads take a little more time to prepare so you may have to wait 10-15 min. The salad I got had soba noodles, basil, carrots, and some lettuce with a soy-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious and refreshing; slightly on the smaller side but that meant more room for dessert. The desserts made in house are also delicious. I had an almond apricot cake; they also had cookies, and ice cream / sorbet. The place is really cute but small, so if you have more than 4 people you may want to go elsewhere. They have only a few tables and 2 armchairs. There is no air conditioning but they have free WiFi, so I was able to do a little work on my laptop there. Would recommend this place and will definitely come here again and again!
