The only problem was the delivery guy did not and there was a little confusion about where he was to deliver the food. I had told them on the phone that I would meet them by the parking garage of the condominium complex but the driver parked at the front entrance. Took a few minutes but I finally found him. They could have called or emailed their reservations to let them know, but we got a car service from our hotel an hour away, so we were stuck. They also took my water when we arrived knowing that they were just going to turn us away. Gross. I don't get this place. Honestly, it appeared nice but people at a certain level cannot risk making a reservation just to be turned away for no reason. My guess is they didn't have enough reservations and didn't want to be open. Don't give this place your money. Then, they win and you are taking a HUGE risk even with a reservation. Also, Bagatelle, just train your staff to not be awful humans. It is bad karma.
