I honestly have never bothered to come on yelp and tell people about my experience with a store or service but these guys hit a whole new level of customer service. This is by far the worst vape shop ever, no idea how they stay in buisness. Mods are almost double the price compared to online (i understand there is overhead and i dont mind supporting a local buisness but a price increase of 100% is just to much). Pushy with their own flavors and not listening to what the customer actually wants at all. No real informtion given to new vapers. Hostile service at best in short i suggest take your buisness elsewhere or just start smoking regular ciggarettes again coz after entering this store you need 1 ;) If i could leave negative stars to tell people to avoid this store i would max it out and even pay to do so read more

Absolutely horrible owner! She's rude and treats people like they know nothing! The owner actually told someone not the vape in the vape shop? Made no sense at all she's in the wrong business if she doesn't like vape! The people who work for her are usually pretty nice but the owner really does ruin the whole place and not to mention they don't really have a lot and are over priced! read more

This is by far the worst vape shop in Randolph County I would go as far to say the worst in the triad! The juice is terrible and of cheep quality, the service is crap and not informative, the mods are cheap knock-offs, and everything is over-priced! NEVER shopping here again! read more

This shop has a lot of heart. It is probably one of the only vape stores in NC with a female owner and she really cares about her business. The prices are competitive with other brick and mortar stores and the knowledge and experience of the staff make it worth buying here instead of online. The customer service is excellent. Fantastic store! read more

There is a large dirt parking lot that holds plenty of cars. The one issue I have with this market is that the it is outdoor and the produce ripens quickly in the heat. Sometimes you have to hunt and pick through the selection to get fruit and vegetables that are not on the cusp of being overripe. I am only one person, so I cannot possible eat a whole melon in one day and need it to last a while. The owner is nice and all the employees are helpful. I do find the produce a bit expensive, but I really like the vibe of this local market and like to support them.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the BEST vape shop around. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but very friendly and helpful. I drive from Raleigh just to stock up and when I get low, they mail it to me. I am comfortable just knowing that they make the juice right there in the shop and use quality ingredients. To the dude in Liberty, I don't consider them "cheep". It's actually spelled CHEAP. They do NOT carry cloned or "knock-off" mods either which is why they might be a bit pricier. I'd rather do my business with people I trust in a brick and mortar shop than the "net" anyday. You don't know what you're getting. read more
