From ordering rock, to delivery, to making a payment, this company was a nightmare to deal with…read more Went in with measurements of the area I wanted to landscape with River rock. I assumed they could tell me how much to get based on that, since that's what they did with my mother when she ordered for her house the year before. The person helping me didn't know so he asked his manager Sara, who was super annoyed and short with us. I'm sorry I'm not trained on how to convert garden square footage into "yards of rock". When we left, even my mom (who was with me) said, "wow, that wasn't the experience I had" and apologized for getting us a gift certificate there. Quoted a month for delivery, waited a month and then called them for the status. Middle of the afternoon and I'm told, "oh we were just going to call you today!"- after sounding confused about the whole thing. When they came, they only had one person and they were just going to dump it in the road. Now, when I ordered it, I said I wanted it dumped in my garden. Sara had even written down labor charges for me when I ordered, and I still have the paper. Not to mention that my mother and husband were also there when we ordered- so I know I'm not losing my mind. When trying to figure this out I was put on the phone with Sara and she was once again rude and acted like I was wrong- she even asked why my husband had to be at my house during delivery (none of your business- it's our house!)! After about an hour, they sent a second guy to take over for the first one. Trying to pay over the phone was just as painful. They get two stars because the delivery guys were very nice and hard working, and I do enjoy the River rock. I'm just not going back there when I landscape the rest of my house.
