Very poor experience with this contractor. An independent inspection identified several serious…read moreissues with the work carried out. The new flat roof has been installed with incorrect falls, resulting in water pooling, and the EPDM membrane shows blistering and incomplete detailing. Part of the roof structure shown on the agreed drawings was removed and replaced with a different roof arrangement without prior agreement or approval. The bathroom ventilation was also installed incorrectly, with the extract ducts venting into the roof void rather than externally. There are a number of additional defects that will require significant remedial work and considerable cost to rectify. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this contractor.

From the moment I called in, and spoke with Andrew, the process was smooth and painless. First off Arrow scheduled an appointment with me within a time that week which suited us both. Arrow Roofing, arrived on time and were very professional. They took the time to closely inspect my problematic roof and reviewed all options with me. Within a week I had a very professional and detailed estimate that included exactly what I would get and what I could expect to pay. After researching a few more companies for price, quality, and professionalism comparison, it was an easy decision to go with Arrow Roofing. I called Arrow, who are very easy to get a hold of by phone,or email and was scheduled me in. Andrew told me he would be at my house November 15th at 7am. The morning came and Andrew and his guys were at my house on the hour. They came ready to work. They even gave me some tarps to cover the inside of an enclosed patio that I did realize would let debris in. His crew was great. They worked very efficiently and clean. With a storm coming, Andrew ensured my wife and I that it would be done before hand. True to his word, Andrew and his crew finished just a few hours before the rain came down. All in all great company, Arrow roofing are easy going and knowledgeable. The job was done in two and half days and the crew left the work area and all surrounding free of debris. I highly recommend this company. If I could give it more stars I would. If you need a roof call them, you won't be disappointed.

This firm was engaged by our party wall neighbours a few years ago to replace the old, cracked,…read moreleaking glass roof of their rear porch, which is adjoining ours. Leo failed to replace the protective strip of lead that should have covered the gap between our nextdoor neighbours' glass roof and that of our adjoining porch, with the result that rain water has leaked into our porch and rotted the timber along that section, causing considerable damage to what is legally a party wall. As this is a civil case, and we, as a retired couple living on a basic state pension, really cannot afford to take our party wall neighbours to County Court, suing them for damages, we now face a HUGE repair bill. Our party wall neighbours will also need to be involved in this building work, unfortunately. DO NOT engage this man! He does appallingly shoddy, amateurish, botched work. He used three large windows to "create" our party wall neighbours' rear porch roof and it looks utterly amateurish and ugly.

The rain kept on coming, and I could not for the life of me find a contractor. I must have called 40 roofers, all of whom said they were overwrought with work because of the storms and weren't willing to undertake my project. I placed an ad on a building trade site and Mark was the first to call. He came straight round that morning to assess the damage. His quote was reasonable, and he had all work completed by that same week. He was friendly and helpful. If you want a no nonsense, get the job done quickly and efficiently kind of roofer, this is your guy.
