When I didn't close my padlock properly one day, they called me the next morning that they noticed it while doing there rounds so I ended up not getting anything stolen. The place is well lit after dark and the security seems reasonable. I found there was a little leaking of water when it rained, but it was not in a spot that caused me problems, and I am confident that if I talk to them about it that they will work something out, as they seem very responsive and quick to get problems solved. There is no issue that I wouldn't expect with any storage, and far less actually. Also didn't feel pressured to buy their expensive (though very high quality looking ) padlocks. They let me use what I already had and even told me where I could alternatively get one when I explained I needed another but couldn't afford the pro-quality lock for storing non-valuable items. I have no expectation that my 5/5 stars is a rating I will regret giving.

I was told that cash is accepted for monthly storage payments but not for accessories. This policy makes no sense: If the company accepts cash for one type of purchase, it should be willing to accept it for all purchases. Refusing cash is unnecessarily restrictive and lazy and, in my view, reflects poorly on the company's professionalism and commitment to providing even a basic level of customer service.

Last week my boyfriend and I made the epic journey to move from London to Windsor and we needed to…read morerent a truck that had several drop of locations within different cities; so U-Haul it was. My boyfriend made the arrangements online for the pickup at this location for 8:00am, and when we got there, the process of getting the keys for the truck were pretty good. The person who serviced us was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My boyfriend drove the truck back to our place, he said it was an older truck with a lot of miles on it, but the ride from London to Windsor was okay. When you return the truck, you have to make sure you put the same amount of gas in with when you left. The truck has a 24 hour return from when you rented it, depends on how long you need it for. So we returned it that night at a drop of location in London. Good services, and we will be renting another U-Haul in Windsor to complete our move into our new house soon. U-Haul, also being a storage facility also has a bunch of supplies for moving, like boxes, bubble wrap and mattress covers. Good experience with this location. Thank you for helping us move cities!

I realized what had happened when I cut my foot open on a shard of glass and couldn't figure out where it and the small rocks that were in it came from only to realize my vase was missing. I contacted the company email but never got a reply at all. They did a good job cleaning the ducts mostly, except they didn't take off the covers for my cold air returns, so missed some of it. The company integrity is low in my opinion. I will likely go elsewhere for my next one.
