Warm welcome in and I love that you can open a tab or just pay for your items and enjoy the view and scenery. Friendly people serving you beer, what else could you ask for?!? Kids are allowed but they have to stay close to you at all times. I did see a sign that said no dogs allowed but that's okay. They have fresh flowers that you can buy so this would be a nice place for a date. A lot of cute things all over the brewery for you to look at or buy.

Came here recently for their luau and pineapple beer. Love a good theme! They had the place nicely decorated, a tasty BBQ food truck and steel drum music. There's indoor and outdoor seating and this place has a nicer vibe than a lot of breweries with more attention paid to decor and aesthetics. The outdoor patio seating is super nice. However, outdoor tables were not available when we arrived so we sat inside. Great service at the bar. Easy lot parking. I come here usually after hiking in the area.

Tilted Barn is a farm brewery that opened in Exeter, RI in 2014. It was originally in an old barn but moved into a newly built New England style post and beam barn in 2020. The barn and overall location is gorgeous. There's a bar, tasting room, mezzanine, small shop, and brew house in the back. There were a good amount of parking when we got there. It was packed though so I'm not sure if there are any surplus parking elsewhere. We went in March so it was a little chilly. We explored the outside which had plenty of seating and I'm sure a lovely spot in the warmer months. The beers were very good. I'm a fan of sours and they had a few on tap. A food truck came by also. Overall, a great brewery and can't wait to go back.

Bar and merch area. Some inside seating inside and upstairs.

First time here. I went there for a meet up with a group of people. The outdoor space was scenic and very relaxing. Live music on Sunday. Picturesque. Backdrop of a forest in the fall colors was just amazing. It is a self-service beer counter and bring your craft brews beer to the outside or sit inside the big barn. Very little in terms of food selection but can get some take out to bring with you for al fresco dining. We saw a food truck there for sandwiches and such. I am not sure if the food truck is there everyday or not.

We hosted our baby shower in their upstairs space and it was absolutely perfect! I didn't get a chance to thank the brewery personally but wow! They were just amazing. We had about 40 people and everyone fit and anyone who needed to overflow to the beautiful outdoor space or downstairs was totally happy doing so. Tilted Barn is a happy, homy, cozy space and we love them! When I'm not pregnant, I remember the beer being amazing too! Everyone in our group just loved it. THANK YOU TILTED BARN!

We were lucky to enjoy this brewery on a beautiful, sunny day so we got to enjoy the ample outdoor area. In addition to the great view outside, the interior of the brewery is quite a sight itself. The barn theme is evident throughout and the lighting from the skylights gives the inside a bright feeling. The beer was awesome with styles ranging from NZ Pilsners to barn lagers to juicy double IPAs. The bar tenders were attentive and the line for ordering was fast moving and organized. Would love to visit again!

Delicious food. As someone that lives in Rhode Island I am always surprised when I find a place as delightful as Tilted Barn Brewery. Being able to sit outside and relax with a view of meadow and donkeys. The food from @duckpressri is a treat. Binge BBQ is delicious we got our meal right away. Great service.

Been going to the barn since around 2015 where you'd anxiously await the week's latest drop and happily wait in line to get your allotment. They've come a long way from those days and not always for the better. The newer taproom is well designed and amalgamates modern building with old school barn charm. They have many available draft beers inside and even an outdoor rail with about 6 taps. I went there recently to try a specific wet-hopped beer (it is harvest season after all) and tried to get it at the outdoor pour station but alas it was only available inside. Once inside an obnoxiously loud beer tender was yelling about how there is "no line outside" and that they have "everything out there that they have in here." He seemed pretty mad when nobody left the line to go outside and I was a little put off since I knew that they definitely did NOT have everything available outside. It was fairly busy as it was a really nice day so I grabbed a couple pours and headed upstairs since it was the only area with seats available. I grabbed the last table and when my son asked me for the wifi password I couldn't find it on the tap list menus at each table but remembered it was written downstairs on the draft board. I sent my well behaved, seasoned brewery veteran son downstairs to get the password. While in my line of sight the entire time, not running or disturbing anyone he was harshly spoken to by a staff member since he was unaccompanied. Little did they know I was watching it all go down. This is not the first time I have had staff speak abrasively to me or my family but it will definitely be the last. I was once yelled at for taking pics of the bright tanks/brewing area because I wasn't "seated" up in the balcony. The beers are ok, 90% hazy brews. I can see why as most of their farmhouses, lagers, stouts, sours aren't that good. They do brew a decent DDH DIPA, but it's pretty much available at most RI stores now. The scenery is excellent, complete with hop vines and farm animals. Unfortunately, the vibe is just off. These places are usually casual and laid back but this one is controlling and semi-hostile at times. I can only imagine the ignorant people and attitudes that the staff have to deal with each day to make them so angry about me taking pics or my son entering a password into a phone without having a parent hold his hand. They should probably take an extra 30 seconds to assess each individual before assuming we are ALL like those ignorant types.

It's the perfect family-friendly spot where you can enjoy incredible craft beers and get up close with adorable donkeys. Sipping on delicious brews while surrounded by these friendly animals made for an unforgettable experience.

Yes, there is a bar, BUT it is also a treasured North Kingstown breakfast spot. We arrived on Saturday morning--not crazy busy, but busy enough that having only one server and the owner working at around 10 a.m. did not bode well. That concern quickly faded once we placed our orders. The owner was gracious and helpful and did a good job managing the pace. Our party of three ordered the French Toast TX style -- from a very finicky member of our party making specific customizations -- all accommodated with a smile, a Crow's Nest Benny, and, for me, Tres Quesadilla. Hands down, this was the best presentation of a breakfast quesadilla I have ever ordered. Why? Just look at the accompanying picture. The tortillas were cut into smaller, easier-to-handle, triangular pieces. Tortillas can be messy to eat. The salt potato home fries are probably one of the Top 5 I've ever had in my life. No, really. Very subjective, yes, but if you like your home fries crispy on the outside and not soggy on the inside, flavorful--then you might agree. There are high-top tables and regular tables inside -- plenty of light streaming through the place. You can even have breakfast at the bar. There's also outside seating. The foyer with the living-room-style seating is charming and cozy. I've already been thinking about going back for drinks and sitting in this area. If you don't mind a little drive for brunch and want to try something far from the madding crowd of Providence, this would be it.

The three things I look for in a brewery are an inviting (dog friendly) outdoor space, accessibility to some good food, and (of course) some quality beers. Tower Hill is two for three - I really can't comment on the food aspect, but they do link available BYO options that will deliver to the brewery. We just didn't order anything. The bartender was excellent - friendly and helpful and knowledgable on the beers offered. His opinions of the beers in the flight I tried matched my own. He definitely added to the overall experience. They're situated in a business plaza and their outdoor area is a row of parking stalls that they walled off and set up picnic tables, comfortable chairs, and corn hole with some outdoor carpeting that made the aesthetic a bit more inviting. They also have quite a few events on their calendar including trivia nights and live music which is what pushed them into the five-star range for me. I had to think about this rating since I live about and 8-hour drive from them, but next time we visit New England, I intend to try to convince Mama to make South Kingstown a waypoint so we can try the food options, enjoy the entertainment, and be able to more thoroughly enjoy the beer offerings without having to think about making a long drive afterwards. So yeah, if it ends up being an hour out of our way, I'll still try to convince her to add Tower Hill to the itinerary! It was a great way to sample a variety of styles & I enjoyed all of them. As if great beer was not enough, we were treated to live entertainment by a traditional pickin' & grinnin' acoustic jam band. Calling it a band hardly does it justice - there were at least 20 musicians! Guitars, banjos, fiddles, mandolins... the room was filled with incredible talent & toe-tapping tunes. It felt less like watching a performance & more like being part of an old-fashioned musical gathering.
