My boys were starving, as usual. I knew from eating here in the past that Tim and Bonnie's would deliver a pleasant lunch experience for these kids. Tim & Bonnie's is counter service, so we placed our order for an order of fries, one slice and a mini personal pizza. The French fries came out first, to appease our little guy with the bottomless pit. The fries were simply perfect, brown and crispy, and very hot! We like that the beverages are served fountain style, with a nice variety of Coke product. When the pizzas came out, I was thrilled that it was covered in cup-and-char pepperoni! It's nice and spicy, a standard of Buffalo style pizza! Cute decor, little chubby, Italian pizza chef scooting around on the wall paper. We don't get out this way very often, but we always enjoy it when we do get here. read more

Went bowling with the family here today. I wish I would have gotten the young man's name, he was young with dark wavy hair. He was absolutely amazing. We arrived in the middle of a of a school field trip with no reservation. Our 7 year old daughter rang the bell multiple times before we could stop her. That would have annoyed the hell out of me, but he came out with a snile, and excellent customer service. From my 1year old son getting fussy, my daughter with zero attention span asking him for change, pretzels, drinks etc he kept a great attitude, always very accommodating, and very polite, nice, and always smiling and patient with her. Whoever was working Monday Feb 9th at 4pm needs the recognition he deserves. Pizza, and wings were excellent. We will def be back. read more

Everything has always been amazing every time we went! Employees are always so sweet. I ordered through their app one day and realized I missed something. Called to add an item and the employee told me I qualified for their promotion currently and added the coupon to my order! First of all, Tim and Bonnie's refuses to put pricing on their menus. You are at their mercy when it comes to paying for your takeout order. So, I ordered a chicken finger wrap and it was dripping with a thin white liquid. The chicken was mushy and in weird little crumbs, not actually pieces of chicken. The lettuce was brown and wilted. Approximately 2 hours later I felt sick and vomited. I continued to have indigestion for two more days. This is not the first time I have gotten ill from eating here, but we had friends over and they wanted to order from Tim and Bonnie's. I think the health department needs to come in and inspect exactly what kind of food this place is selling to people. read more

Ordered a whole steak to split with an order of fries. Been there many times and ordered similar and been happy. They brought out a mini sub cut in half. We let them know that's not what we ordered. She had to check with manage4 and then took the food away and said we owed anouther 1.50. Waited anouther 20 minutes for our sub - it looks like they took the meat from the mini and spread it on the full size roll. It was very sparse, didn't even go end to end. Very poor service to charge us extra for their mistake, make us wait, and short change us on the meat on the sub, very disappointed. read more

For Memorial Day Weekend, we were on our way to Allegheny State Park (NY Side) and found ourselves hungry in Springville with nowhere to go! We stumbled upon this cute little pizza place. The interior was quite simple and they had a large variety of choices with wings, pizzas, and subs. We wanted a slice of something rather quick, but they unfortunately did not have any vegetarian pizza ready to go so my wife ended up passing on the pizza. I, on the other hand got an order of 5 wings. I didn't expect very much at all from these wings which were already made and were heated up, but I was pleasantly surprised with the rub as well as the blue cheese which tasted home made. I would recommend coming here for a snack and the wings are OK, quite good really, but being from Buffalo my expectations with wings are high. All in all, it's a decent stop on the road. My friend had a slice of pizza and enjoyed it, so I'm sure if ordered a fresh pie it would be pretty darn good too. read more

Worst chicken finger sub I've ever had, the sub is wrapped so tightly that the roll is squish down to nothing. Literally 3 slices of tomato and a punch of lettuce. At least when they used sub boxes your food wasn't crushed and your roll wasn't just a greasey sponge. Food quality has gone down drastically. read more

I love when places do a "sub if the week" for a cheap price. This week's was ham, which is not my favorite but I rolled with it. What makes Tim and Bonnie's subs stand out is one simple little word: "seeded". You have the choice of white (boring people), wheat (skinny people) or seeded sub rolls (people who's mouths know there way around a submarine sandwich). I'm an example of last description. The seeded sub roll is in a perpetual neck-and-neck battle for all-time second place with the Everything Roll, and is just short of the world champion, the mighty Toasted Garlic Bread Roll (gasps from the crowd). The pizza here is fine, but I don't think it attracts too many people from going out of their way. The staff here is always peachy and I like them. Lastly, and as an added bonus, people watching while waiting for your food order here rocks! I saw a back woods country guy pull out his pocket knife to cut his pizza with. He then even uses that same knife to serve up the pizza to a plate like a spatula (cue "Resourcefulness" motivational poster). read more

The subs are excellent. The pizza is just so-so. It has a very stiff crust and is pretty bland tasting. Overall, the restaurant is fairly clean. But I don't recommend eating in unless you want to be continually irritated during your meal by the presence of Fox News piping lies and paranoia on BOTH TV sets. Pizza in western NY is not light fare - ok maybe it's not really light fare anywhere, but here it really isn't! Tim and Bonnie's a nice little independent place with friendly service (and a very retro bowling alley attached). Pizza is loaded heavy with cheese and toppings as ordered - one slice probably equates to two or three "average" slices. Order less than you think you'll need - and you'll still probably have leftovers. It's good value for a family or group meal - the wings are tasty and authentic to the area too. read more

Very unhappy with my last 3 visits and will more than likely not return. Customer Service has been very poor. It appears to me that there is no presence of supervision. The workers have been preoccupied with their own conversations and not the customers needs. There have been no less than 5-6 employees working on each of my previous visits, yet the dining area tables are always dirty. And we have had to go back to the counter to ask for what we needed or wanted (ex. to have the table cleaned, silverware, takeout containers etc...) We are never given Blue cheese with our wings and told there is an extra charge if we want it??? This has never been the case at any of the other restaurants I have been to in town. We will not be returning here again. Awful experience. The older lady running the main cashier was disrespectful and rude to us as soon as we walked into the door. My female cousin did not know what she wanted to order, so I decided to order. The cashier then proceeded to cancel my order because I placed my order before my female cousin, who still was unsure of what she wanted to eat (all separate orders). Following this, the lady then continued to be disrespectful and rude to us, as she told me, and my other male cousin that "Your mothers should be ashamed of themselves as parents because they did not do a good job of raising you,' all because we ordered before someone who was unsure of what they wanted. Their pizza is just disgusting and overpriced. The cheese is thick, so if it is cooled off and you try to take a bite, all of the toppings slide off and leave the bland sauce and flavorless doughy crust. I realize that everybody's taste it pizza is different, but I can't believe that the people that left positive reviews ate at the same pizzeria that I did. I will not order from there again. read more
