Funny that I was craving for good old Chinese food. Spoiler alert: China Tang food is freaking great. I was caught by surprise. If you're ordering one thing, get the steamed white fish with eggplant. I never knew that this combination worked. The flavorful fish mixed well with the soft eggplant slices. As usual, old favorites such as yang chow fried rice, pork shomai and sweet and sour pork were also ordered. I was actually expecting the food to be just okay. But wow, finally, NAIA has a decent restaurant. It helps that the place is not crowded like the others. This visit to China Tang makes me want to travel more so that I have more reasons to go to T3.

After surveying the food options, I zeroed in on an interesting food concept - Dipping Dumpling. The idea is to choose any sort of dumpling from a range of options and to choose a dip to go along with the dumplings. The dumpling choices ranged from the normal, which are the usual Pork Dumplings, Sharks Fin, Shrimp Wantons to the more uncommon ones like Scallop Wanton, Crab Wanton, Prawn Puff, Squid Wanton and so much more. For the dipping sauces, there were Szechuan Chili, Sweet Miso, Spicy Peanut, Curry Sate and Sesame Soy. There were so many choices that I actually had a hard time choosing! Eventually, I got the Scallop Wanton with the Szechuan Chili dip and it was delish! And the whole thing cost less than a hundred pesos!
