Sorry Timmy's - you get away with a lot because your coffee it cheap and has become a Canadian staple, but this particular location could really step it up a notch, or five. Since it's situated on the Canada 1 highway between a couple very long stretches of road, and right at the junction North of Brandon, it will never close. It will always have business from folks on the move, and it's unlikely they will ever get the feedback they need to improve. I do understand that it's an extremely busy spot so keeping up with demand probably adds significantly to the issues, but in the service industry, that's no excuse. Staff are rather grumpy, and there is always some kind of small mistake with the majority of my orders. It's possible that I am the unusual case that orders more than just coffee, but it's nothing too complicated. Here are the types of small errors: the wrong flavour of parfait, the wrong kind of bagel, coffee instead of tea. They are all small, but since it happens regularly, it really encourages me to take the extra time and stop somewhere else before a long road trip. I live in the north end of Brandon, so on occasion i will travel to my closest Tim Hortons for my favorite xl triple triple ..... But i have learnt not to visit the north hill location on the night shift ( after 11pm ) as on more than one visit , with no customers in store and only 4 vehicles in the drive thru (myself being the fourth) .... im not kidding when i say it took 18 minutes before the second vehicle pulled up after ordering, and the order menu is so bright that from where i was parked i can clearly see that poor persons face lit up bright white .... also the fact that i could also see them not talking , so i would figure they waiting for the person to take the order , and they take long like they are busy doing something else. Ok, this place is just strange...i mean its like a dunkin doughnuts meets brugers from the states, but the staff was cranky and the customers seemed entitled...maybe this was a canadian thing or something with this place, but i think i will stick to the bruegers and dunkin doughnuts...and the starbucks coffee which tastes better. Staff is insulting, calling you names or nicknames. They think it is ok to give pet names to anyone. Lines are long, No value for your dollar. Do yourself a favor and drive into town and find anyone of the other coffee shops in town. read more

Tim Horton's gives the best doughnuts and drinks, I love there hot chocolate is awesome
