The quality and customer service at Tim Hortons in Calcutta has drastically declined from its once favorable reputation. I was immediately disappointed when I needed to use the Men's restroom upon entering the building: the urinal was out of order, the toilet barely flushed and no sign to use the hand blow dryer was placed on the empty paper dispenser next to the sink. Afterwards, I ordered an iced coffee and a muffin. I was then unknowingly charged an extra 20 cents for sugar & cream (not a big deal but it would have been nice to be alerted about the extra charge). After tasting my iced coffee, it had way too much sugar in it so I politely asked if I could have the drink remade. The employee reluctantly gave me a new drink but she acted offended. The remade drink didn't taste much better but I kept it anyway. I do not plan on returning to this store and I advise everyone else to eat somewhere else too! read more

I only tried a couple of bagels so, even though they sucked, I'm reluctant to give only one star because bagels are not their main offering. Perhaps their other foods or drinks are better. I doubt I will ever find out though because the were THAT bad. Think thawed lender's bagels at four times the price. I love this Tim Hortons! I visited here frequently when I lived in Beaver County PA. Their frozen coffee is incredible and the broccoli cheddar soup and potato soup and donuts...all perfect! I also LOVE that they are open 24/7. Staff is always friendly and service is great. I think this coffee is better than Starbucks Frappuccinos and it cost less. read more

I love Tim hortons! This one is probably the closest to Pittsburgh that's its own stand alone store. I would come out here often for work and I made sure to always stop to get some donuts and a coffee. There blueberry Tim bits and birthday cake confetti Tim bits are out of this world. A lot of people still seem to have no clue what Tom hortons is and I always try and tell them it's kinda like the Dunkin' Donuts of Canada. You can definitely find them around the states but definitely not as big as some of the other coffee and donut spots. If you haven't been here I highly recommend you try there donuts and coffee as soon as you can. Overall the staff here are fantastic and it's always super fast service so I'll definitely continue to come here when in the area. read more

I traveled 45 mins to this Tim hortons because I love Tim's but this one I will never go again. Went in this morning to order some food, lady running the register was so ignorant I will never go again. I ordered 2 medium iced Capps and she flipped out "Seriously, you saw how long it took me to make those other ones." I went to continue with my order and she went "Can't you see I'm making these so HOLD ON." I told her forget it and walked out. Whoever you were, if you didn't like making them, don't work there. Do your job and don't yell at me bc you're upset I ordered COFFEE FROM A COFFEE SHOP. Will never go there again. Completely shit show of an employee. read more

Great Donuts and Coffee. Had a bowl of soup that was good. The donuts are really good as are the other breakfast rolls. Good strong black coffee! Try the Timbits! Very popular place with my Canadian friends. Chain that is growing and has very good donuts. Actually served on plates and bowls not plastic or paper. read more

After I order I was standing waiting for my food and observed a woman come out from the back part of the kitchen carrying 3 long John donuts in her bare hands with no gloves. She went back to her part of the kitchen without them. I couldn't see if she put them in the case or in a bag for a customer, etc. But as she returned to her area she also scratched her back side. I'm very disturbed to see her not using food service gloves. I'm also very disappointed to see not a single worker wearing a mask. read more

I really wish Tim Hortons would expand more in the US. I go to Pittsburgh about once a year, and whenever I land at the airport, I head straight for the WV/OH border to go to this Tim Hortons and get some coffee and donuts. I know why they call their coffee Canadian Crack, because it is! It is the best I've ever had. And the Canadian Maple donuts are just the best. With all the Canadians we have living here in Las Vegas and the ones that travel here, you'd think they'd want to put one here. But it's always nice to go to this location. read more

When I can't get to a Starbucks, I've always relied on Timmy Ho's, and they've always pleased me. Despite being busy, your order is usually out pretty quick, which is a good thing if you're very hungry. The donuts are always made fresh, along with the other breakfast options.
