Tall blonde person who seems to think it's alright to gossip about his personal life - audible to all in the shop. On multiple occasions have been served without so much as a crack of a smile, a thank you (after tipping well and spending over $20), and on top of that, will whisper things like "he's been here all day". Has made me and others feel uncomfortable even being there many times. My advice to the owner: If someone clearly doesn't like customer service or ALL people in general, maybe a forward-facing job that should require basic human politeness at the very least isn't something that person should be doing. Other than that, Bell's is a fantastic place.
