A quick stop at Tim Horton's for a fast breakfast. We ordered 10 honey dipped timbits, two iced passionfruit teas and one egg, potato and cheese wrap. Oh my gosh the timbits were like eating candy the glaze must for been double dipped? I had wanted the farmers wrap but they were out of that type of wrap. I really enjoyed the wrap I ordered. It had a egg with grilled or maybe fried hash browns with some kind of 1000 island sauce. Loved it. The tea comes sweeten or unsweetened and if you are looking for a non carbonated drink this will get the job done. The lid is interesting too see photo. I ordered a new cilantro lime wrap and it was the WORST thing I've ever eaten, TWICE... I called the manager and she tried to explain about the cooking process to where no seasoning is used, besides that, the chicken was supposed to be "slow cooked" but it had a crust on it... the rice was overcooked and mushy. I did taste just a HINT of some kind of sauce but was disappointed at the rest of it. After I choked it down, my blood pressure SPIKED...!!! I told the manager and she agreed to have another made for me to let someone else try it, the person I let try the wrap threw it away after one bite, which was also spat out... After 2 weeks of going here daily around 7am for coffee on my way to work I've given up on Tim Hortons in general and this location specifically. One apathetic front counter employee working who moves agonizingly slowly and looks depressed to the point of suicide. Four young ladies working the drive through but are unable (or willing) to leave the immediate vicinity of the drive through window. I gave up with out ordering this morning, and I won't be back. If you're stuck for coffee in the morning and absolutely must go to this Tim hortons; avoid the inside and stick to the drive though. read more

Very nice staff. We were very tired from a long road trip when Annemarie helped us pick out Breakfast options. She was greatly appreciated.. Unfortunately, the fun ended there.... Our breakfast sandwiches were tasteless and nothing to get excited about. We miss the old Tim Hortons before Burger King took ownership. Definitely not the second quality. read more

On August 25th 2021 I went through the drive through. I asked for a med darks roast coffee with two cream and one sugar. Is asked for another sugar on the side with a double cup as my hands are heat sensitive. I am seventy three and through working have damaged fingers. I was refused a double cup at the window and given a sleeve which I would have asked for too. In a bag they told me my sugar was their. When I opened the bag, which was the first time I ever got sugar in a bag, I was given Splenda instead. I had asked again for another cup and the cup was put through the window with a take it leave attitude. Not all persons are equal in their medical problems. I will be going to McDonald's as I can use their cups. I was astonished at the lack of compassion and rudeness. read more

Thoroughly disappointed with the service and quality with a recent visit. We stopped by for a quick lunch. It was after the lunch crowd & there were only two people in front of the single line for ordering. It took a bit longer than it should have but we ordered two sandwiches and coffees for the two of us. We were then ushered over to the next queue where we waited and waited and waited. This TH has its food queue near the door. As the line for the ordering fills that queue, people stand where ever there is a free spot. Some are blocking the door. Those just entering see too many people to know who is in which line. Its a mess. After an extraordinary amount of time waiting, I see a lonely bag on the counter. No one seems to be claiming it. It took a moment to get someones attention to ask them if this was ours. Apparently it was. How difficult can it be to ensure your customers waiting for an order get it? At least we have it. My partner's meal was fine. Mine - not so much. On the first and only bite, the Beyond Burger was cold enough to feel like it just came out of the fridge where they then wrapped it up & gave it too us. I took it back to the counter. This time there was a mile long queue & I was not going to wait there. The other order queue was unmanned and empty. I stood there - plain as day that I had a problem with my order - for several minutes without any acknowledgement for the many employees that walked by. I finally hailed someone & requested a refund. Tim Hortons has coffee & donuts that are second to none. They struggle severely with producing any other food item of any quality - sans the chili & most soups. Mediocre would be a compliment. This time however, was a disaster from start to finish & has convinced me the only things worth ordering are hot/cold drinks, donuts & other sweets, chili or soup. read more

This place sucks. There was a whole line up at the second register with about 5-10 people in it. We stood there for about an hour. No employee told us to go to the other register. There was no sign that the register we were waiting at was closed either. So we all stood there. For a whole frickin hour. Finally, the guy right behind me decided to go join the other line. And he got served right away after about two other people. I eventually wobbled my way over to the other register. And it took about 10 minutes for my stuff to be made. Which isn't bad, but my farmers wrap was awful too. And I waited. AN HOUR. for CRAP. This place is incredibly understaffed. Also the coffee I had was piping hot with no sleeve - although I am unaware if that's procedure. read more

I've been here several times now, and haven't been let down. They are always friendly, quick, and the food/coffee is good and fresh. Everything is clean as well. Not sure what else to say, it's Tim Hortons, they're almost always five stars in my book :) read more

Tim's is conveniently located on the main highway through Port Alberni. The food is standard, what you'd expect from Tim Horton's, coffee, hot chocolate,bagels, buns, cookies and donuts. The line ups, especially at the drive through in the AM can be enough to turn you away though. It can block traffic. And I have had many, many mistakes in the orders from the drive-through. You don't discover the mistakes until you have left. And then you forget to mention it the next time. read more
