Stopped by Tim Hortons for breakfast to give it a try. The staff was very attentive and greeted us as soon as we came in. It was our first time so we needed a moment to look at the menu. They have breakfast sandwiches and you can make it a combo by adding a drink and a side. I ordered a steak and egg biscuit, a jelly donut as my side (sides can be donut, muffin or hash brown) and an OJ. The food was freshly made and the wait wasn't that long. However the dining room was not the cleanest. Almost all of the tables were dirty so we had a hard time selecting where to sit. Staff was super busy so we couldn't even ask anyone to wipe the tables down for us. The food wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. If I do return I'll try ordering something else. Overall an okay experience, they just need to work on cleaning the tables. read more

I Realize that This is Tim Hortons, Not Starbucks. But i Expect SOME quality in my coffee. I Bought a Hot Chocolate and it tasted like FREAKING WATER. I drank it anyways i didn't want to throw a fit over a hot drink. Another time i picked up a Tim card and said A 10$ Tim card please and the woman asked me What flavors? I said a Tim Card NOT TIM BITS!!! D: She was Like oh sorry!!!! Can i get a large Double-Double. Okay that's 11.75. Just thought all should know about the Tim Hortons in Welland on the corner of Prince Charles, and Lincoln St... I used to go there on a regular basis, however I have stopped going to that location due to the rudeness of the staff and also because of some discussing things I have witnessed. The counter staff is never at the counter when you come in, at times I have waited for 5 minutes before someone at the drive-thru has had to scream to the back for someone to come out and even then they do not promptly come out... also at times I have been standing at the counter waiting to be served and the lady, same one every time, and a team leader at that is far to busy having conversations with the lunch lady then to serve me the paying customer... And once she does finally acknowledge you she is rude like you have disturbed her conversation and then makes your order incorrectly on top of it all. I have witnessed the lunch lady a older woman with glasses and a bad attitude at that putting her bare hands into the trays of food that's right no gloves no washing of hands, just dips her dirty old hands in the food bins and eats the stuff. As well as grabbing my bagel with bare hands and putting it in the toaster and then puts on the gloves after the fact like if makes a difference at that point. She then brought me my bagel which was made incorrectly and when I mentioned it was wrong she argued with me and then with the girl at the counter about it before she was told by the manager to just make a new one. Anyway I could go on, and on ranting but I will leave it at that. Just be aware... Choose a different Tim Hortons, if you want to feel welcome and not get some nasty germs in your food. Service is always very slow, tables aren't wiped down, dining room is small, orders get fucked up on a regular basis.

Honestly, I've only had good experiences here, staffs is very nice! Service is slow when busy. (Expected). It takes me about 2 mins to order and leave with my ice cap or coffee. Always made orders right. When not to my expectations they'll fix it without any rudeness or issues or talk back. I've been going here everyday for my coffee. read more

I'm from Sudbury myself and what i have sen at the Tim Horton's here pails in comparison to things I have seen and experienced at the Tim Hortons on the corner of Cedar and Paris St, I think that before you throw stones you should look at your own back yard!!
