Compared to other spots, this place is good with pricing, regarding nails you kinda need to know who you get your nails done by, I've had good & bad experiences. I've wanted French tips the other time I was here but the person who has doing them was not making them all identical which was a bit upsetting. Only certain lady's get down with designs. I love my nails because they are thin like natural nails. The only gripe I have is that they up charge everything. They start at a great price but my nails were considered long but they were only 1/4" above my finger so I was up charged, gel mail polish, up charge, and specific gel polish, up charged. If you want something affordable this is the place but if you care about quality you need to run. They do a sloppy job and from the start they didn't remove the old polish. They also don't paint the entire nail or coat evenly. The nails are all shaped different and some of the edges were longer. Basic nail salon. Nail techs try to get every last dollar off of you and will argue with you. Will deny what you want. Went in for a gel mani/pedi and my nails are bumpy and the sides are rigid. Wouldn't recommend this shop, save your money and time to go somewhere else! I was there for 2.5 hours just to leave disappointed. Very disappointed, and overall bad Customer service Decided to get my nails done on Friday and by Sunday all of my nails came off completely including some of my actual nails for most people understand it's very painful. Called them over the phone and let them know what happened they told me to come. I live 15 minutes away from here and I usually travel to Long Beach to get my nails done. I'll go to Upland or Fontana if I don't want to drive too far but now I will be coming here. She listens and she cares! She notice a hair in one of my nail and me being very picky I didn't even have to tell her at the end because she fixed it right away. I've been going to this nail shop now for 9 months and up until this point I have really enjoyed my experience. Let me preface this updated review by saying that this review is regarding an isolated recent incident that I am unhappy about. Outside of this updated review based upon this recent visit I do still love the fact that this place is clean, uses sterile tools, good service, and typically does a good job - I've never had any complaints on my pedicure but when it comes to gel, there are definitely some ladies that do a better job than others in this nail salon. This week I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. During the gel manicure, somehow the lady doing my manicure managed to file the top of my nail (where the gel goes, not the tip of my nail, the nail bed) down to the skin. I yelped in pain and she apologized and continued doing my nails. The nail was red and continued to burn during my services. At one point she was going to apply gel on it and I advised that since it was an open wound that we shouldn't put anything on it until it heals. I also asked for medicine and was given some rubbing alcohol, which I was thankful they had. As I complained of the pain, neither her or the manager seemed to think anything of it. I know it was an accident but all I kept thinking is "how did she manage to file my nail down to my skin?" and "all of the years I've gotten my nails done I've never heard of something like this happening - how is this possible?". Despite the pain and irritation, throughout the whole time I still kept my composure and remained cool. At the end when she gave me my total price, I asked if they could discount my nail services due to the accidental injury and the fact that I have one nail with no polish/gel and didn't know if I'd have time to come back in a couple days when it heals to get one nail done. To my surprise, she offered me a $2 discount. As you could imagine, I was upset but paid the $43 for my mani/pedi and left. After going home and realizing that it was painful to touch, painful for water to hit it, painful to type (I do a lot for work), and sensitive to the antibacterial medicine I was applying, I decided I was going to call and speak to the owner the next morning. The following morning I called and spoke with Tom (I believe that is his name) and he wanted to come speak with me at my home. Initially I was taken aback but at the same time it impressed me to see that he would be willing to come over and discuss the incident. After showing the owner my injury and explaining to him what happened, I told him that I was dissatisfied with the way it was handled by his staff and manager and I felt that minimally they should have initially discounted at least half of my services if not the whole thing. His response and resolution was to offer me $20 off my next service. I continued to try and make my point but I felt that he was either not understanding that I was asking for my paid services to be reimbursed or he just didn't want to do that. I definitely feel that he was coming from a good place and wanted to make me happy but I don't think he considered reimbursing me an option. I definitely give him points for stopping by and making an effort to resolve, but i personally feel when something like this happens, even as a result of an accident, as a business owner it is important to take accountability and do more than offer a discount on a future service to appease the customer - I should not of had to pay nearly full price when I had an injured nail with no polish. Hopefully this won't happen to anyone else and if it does, hopefully he and his staff will provide a better more customer friendly solution to rectify. At this point, I am not sure if I will be returning, which is unfortunate. read more

Dude. I used to love this place. I'm sad that after being a customer for over 4 years, that they could care less about the crappy job that mia did on my feet. She cut my toe so bad I could barely walk on it. I had to go in the next day to get it fixed and I can tell they were all annoyed. If they had nail technicians that knew what they were doing, I wouldn't have to go in and get them redone. $28 for a botched job and rude customer service. On the other hand, cam does an amazing job on acrylics. I had the same set with fills of course for almost a year, and then I had a new set out on. Her work is flawless. I was brought in by friend and was happy with the results. I got a manicure and pedicure or with gel nails. It's been day 3 and the gel nails still look flawless. When we got there we were serviced quickly and we're seated in the massage chairs. The pedicure and water tubs are lined and they were gentle when cleaning my cuticles and buffering my feet. I had to nail artist working on the one on my feet and one on my hands. Both were very wonderful and massaged me into a state of relaxation along with the soothing vibrations of the massage chair. I also had a wax treatment done to my feet. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work is really good. I left there feeling like a new woman. I will definitely be coming here again. read more

She at least should have told me the wait would be longer but instead just left me sitting there waiting. This is my favorite nail shop!!! Tammy is amazing, always greets me happily, always ask about my Mom. She's great at doing pedicures and getting ingrown out. She's great at suggesting colors and designs! The prices are some of the best I've found, everywhere else it's always $10-$15 more. Don't waste your time coming here. I called before heading here to ask if it was busy and the lady on the phone said no. I los asked if they do manicure and pedicures at the same time and she said yes. I waited an hour and they still weren't available to help me out. So I came here highly recommended. But unfortunately the end result was not satisfying :( staff is very very pleasant and welcoming. The location is clean and modern and has kept up with Covid regulations, which i totally appreciate. I had 4 nails placed incorrectly and there was over cutting of my great toenail. I was very displeased with this last service. Maybe it was one of those days. But anyways I did return to have them fix at no charge which I appreciated and they were presentable....until 3 days later they all popped off -___-. My poor sister came in yesterday to get her nails done. Her toe was cut to the point where she wouldn't stop bleeding. Her French tip on both feet were so poorly done the lines were blurred and access polish was all over her toe, skin and nails. She's been coming here for years. The owner didn't care when she brought it to her attention. As a business owner I'd think they'd pay attention and help rather than make her pay AGAIN to get her nails done due to their sloppy mistake. Don't come here. It's really just not worth it.
