He didn't hesitate to grab a ladder and pull the item for me. What stood out most was the trust he showed, he allowed me to carry the item to the front myself, even though it was a higher-priced product which other businesses frown upon. The entire visit, from walking in to checking out took no more than 10 minutes, literally! Tristan was also very patient while helping me set up an account and clearly explained the warranty options without being pushy. His attitude and customer service were truly excellent. I actually returned about an hour later, just minutes before closing, and was helped by another associate, Andrew. Once again, I was greeted right away and asked how he could assist me. Andrew was calm, kind, and understanding, and he quickly helped me process an exchange without any issues. He handled everything efficiently and made the process stress-free. I honestly didn't expect to need to visit a Guitar Center, but this experience completely exceeded my expectations. The staff created a welcoming and helpful environment, and I highly recommend this location!

She is not projecting, she has no stage presence. If your kid misses a class it is extremely difficult to make it up (I don't think we were ever able to make up even 1 class) They do not answer their phone when you call, you have to leave a voicemail and hope that someone calls you back in the next couple of hours so that you can get your problem addressed. Now to open mic night, I mean their Christmas program. It is anywhere they can get someone to take them, completely unprofessional. People come and go, extremely rude to the children performing. This year my daughter was given a time of 3:00-3:30pm Sunday. I received an email on Saturday, in that email that time didn't even exist. In a panic I called the studio, don't be surprised here folks- No one answered. So I waited, no call back. I emailed back to the email flier I had received, I did get a reply- "just bring her at 1:00pm we'll slot her in" Well that is fine and dandy for some people, but I have at this point invited family members who have adjusted their schedules to attend, and now cannot. My daughter arrived at 12:45 and sat for almost 2 hours until they could "slot her in" The mic for the piano was either up to loud or my kids mic was too low, you can only hear the piano. One time I sent my daughter in she was sitting on the sofas waiting for her teacher, and the teacher went out to look for her, didn't see her so she sat there for 30 minutes. When I went to pick her up, I was apologised to and the situation was explained to me, but again no make up class was given, or refund. I would recommend looking for private lessons in the area, or another studio where they have time to treat their business like a business and not a storage facility for their microwave boxes and stroller boxes. yes these boxes are just stacked up in the studio area.
