Remember their job is sales, and we all know fake reviews are a thing.

It recently came to our attention that this company has charged us for business tax return services…read morethey did not complete over a three year period. They have also failed to complete personal taxes, recently informing us they have not submitted them when they stated in writing they would be done by the end of March. They have also failed to complete our current year business tax return, GST etc., in spite of having all our business documents for more than two months. As a result our personal AND business taxes are now late. Further we have been informed by CRA that they have impugned our company with hefty GST fees (in the 10's of thousands) and we are being charged late fees as well - for years of GST returns they did not submit, provincial taxes they did not account for & all of which they charged us (and were paid) for. Because we are a company whose services do not involve GST/HST collection, we have also missed GST refunds for three years and will now have to sort this all out with CRA. Their fraudulent and misleading actions have created overwhelming stress, significant loss of time and the confusion created with the CRA may require legal representation. Thankfully we can prove that the representatives of this company have charged us for services they never completed. But who's going to compensate us for our time to deal with this mess? When this was brought up to them directly they had the audacity to suggest their error would cost US more time and added service fees from them!! They also cancelled a requested face-to-face meeting with extremely little notice and have been avoiding us ever since we brought to their attention the circumstances we are now in with the CRA. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL! They are unprofessional fraudsters who clearly have little integrity and fail to take responsibility for their actions!
