The firewood has been great. It's been dry and split great for campfires. Burns very well. These guys have been great to work with and take care of customers. They deliver in a smaller dump truck and are able to drop the wood close to where I stack it which is great.

It was rather disappointing that some areas were missed or omitted, and I had to reach out to request they reinsert the down spouting into the gutter. It's understandable that it was displaced during the gutter cleaning & power washing, however I don't feel that this was something I would've had to request be done. Additionally, I requested an outdoor storage shed be powerwashed & only the sides were done. I was later advised that the roof would be an additional charge. There seemed to be little regards to customer satisfaction in my experience. I would recommend ensuring such before considering a job "completed".

(this is a non smoking household) . they charge by the hour so watch out!!! they take way to many long breaks. if you use them be sure to keep a record of when they are working. i have asked them not to go do their business in the hedge after catching them. . you catch them again not do do that and they just laugh and took it like a joke! they cover up there left of rocks etc to make a landscape (after doing huge patio) with tarp and mulch over it to make it all look nice. however, all that mulch drift away due to mound to high and we discover all the rocks. cant plant anything there due to rocks. so now we need to tear it all up, remove the rocks and flatten out area so can plant and mulch without loosing the mulch. we do not recommend them ever!! very un professional.

The 3 member crew arrived on time and proceeded in a very organized and professional manner. The entire crew was courteous and left the lawn in a clean manner . Large logs were removed and a pile of scrap firewood was left for our use later. The supervisor checked with me during the day to insure that we were on the same page. The crew did not stop working and in fact did not stop for lunch. I would highly recommend BSM and their pricing was competitive and fair. Nice to see a professional company in our area.
