We were given multiple explanations for the delays, including a business move and other personal circumstances, but we never received photos of materials, progress updates, or any indication that our project was actively being worked on. After waiting far beyond the promised start date and making numerous attempts to communicate, we requested a refund. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted that our project would be handled professionally, but instead we were left without our cabinets, without clear communication, and without the service we paid for.

There is no quality check. We provided professional blueprints for the cabinets subject to their field measurements and entire appliance package with specific specs. None, and I mean none, if the cabinets were built according to the drawings, none of the openings for the appliance were according to their specs, they added unsightly fillers to make up for their mistakes. We paid over $100,000 for these cabinets for what turned out to be prefab cheap and trashy cabinets when their contract said theyvwere custom cabinets. Specified colors were not used, the owner even blocked our phone number so we couldn't communicate with them directly, we could only send verbal messages through their laborer. Stay away from this company. They are the worse.

My daughter was moving into her first apartment while attending school in Tallahassee and we were a month behind on the renovation, having been delayed by the original contractor. We dropped into the Superior showroom without an appointment. With the thought of butcher block (actually my daughter's idea) for countertops, we were quickly sold on quartz.
