Derek from TSH was kind enough to pay a visit to look at the tree and to talk with me. Although it was hopeless by the time he saw it and he was unable to do a special dance and hand wave to magically make the limbs sprout out again, I still do appreciate his willingness to listen and to show empathy about my situation, the circumstances behind it and what a big deal that this was to me. He treated me respectfully and it was obvious that he sincerely understood my feelings on the matter.
