This just encourages people to queue jump and there were no pre warning notices. It was agreed that I sit down only for the other to say the same thing, equally as abrupt and surly. The stroganoff was advertised as just that. It was not said what it came with. I rather liked the roast potatoes and veg rather than rice. Rice was plonked on the plate without asking and pots were only added grudgingly. The place was full. They did not seem to care. Complacent would be a good way to describe them. The food was good. The customer service is very poor indeed.

Have bought big plants here in the past but the most recent visits have been for tropical fish. They have a good variety on offer and split them up well based on the type of tanks you can have. It will never be a quick visit here as you will always get distracted by the vast array of things on offer. Worth a visit just to see what you end up with :)

You can buy absolutely everything here from garden plants, bushes, sheds, benches to pond supplies. You can buy paving, bbqs and other outdoor living/designing supplies. They also have a good aquatics centre and pet supplies, plus a good selection of pets to own. The best part of pet centre is 'elvis' the parrot - he is lovely. The cafe is huge with a very good choice but it is a bit on the dear price, still you have to treat yourself sometimes and the food is lovely and well worth it. The centre is always well stocked and the staff are very nice and polite.

The blokes behind the counter are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They have some bits of furniture in the window too, and larger items like ladders and brooms. The shop is filthy but what do you expect from a hardware shop?! The prices are reasonable and they usually have everything well stocked. I think they also do callouts for odd jobs at your house, I don't know how much they charge but I expect it wouldn't be too much.
