We used their service about 4 years ago, and they did things without discussion with us and worked on all the unnecessary project without our agree at our property, then billed us a huge bill for that, if you refused to pay, he would just sue you to the court. We didn't have much experience for construction at that time so we didn't have the proof to show the court that we didn't request all this he done, so we had to pay the $20k+ bill. So at the end, we found out that's a scam. That was a huge lesson and lost for us . So I warn whoever reading this and searching for construction help, keep distance with this Bill's company, he doesn't do business honestly.
